Outsourced sales development was fundamentally broken.

So a two-person startup set out to rebuild it.

SalesHive was founded in 2016 on a bold idea: the agencies running outbound were renting stacks of third-party tools, hiding behind long contracts, and hoping nobody measured the results. We started with the opposite bet, that a company willing to build its own system and earn every client month to month could do this far better.

Day one · The build

No tool ran outbound the way we needed. So we wrote our own.

Built, not rented.

From the beginning we built the platform ourselves: the Power Dialer for high-volume calling, eMod personalization that writes to each prospect, a Smart Inbox that routes every reply, our own data and list building, and the CRM that holds it all together. Every campaign we run for a client runs on software we own end to end.
