Great value for a small business. We have ActiveCampaign integrated with our CRM and website forms. As, such it's an essential component of our 'awareness to order' tracking.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CRM! This has to be the worst CRM on the market (prior to this I was using another CRM platform) I am a paying customer and the link to the login to my CRM crashes every other day. Then to top things off when I try to use basic functions like viewing which one of my contacts clicked on a link or just changing the color of text in my marketing email the site is unresponsive. You all need to dissolve the entire company or at least market the product for what it is which is a bottom tier CRM platform! Yes, I am an angry employee of a business who uses the platform. And this is because I have given two years of business to this business and yet nothing has changed. Additionally, you all are supposed to make life easier for your consumers not more stressful and time consuming. I don't even write google reviews but, business owners needs to know because enough is enough. Fix your stuff or shut down at this point!

I have been a long-standing customer since before 2020. When ActiveCampaign changed their service tiers last summer, I was told I would be grandfathered in. That did not happen and I have been paying double what new customers pay and for less service. All the sudden I can't even replace a subscriber form on my website because my current tier does not allow it. Before that was beyond basic. I consider this fraudulent. I was swindled to re-sign up upon a pledge that was not honored. Boo ActiveCampaign.

Active Campaign refuses to speak to its customers, forcing them to pay $79 for a "strategy session," they provide no phone support. They force you to use chat to get help and they don't understand what you're conveying even when you copy and paste it. They change their instructions for using their platform and don't update it, causing issues for their users, they refuse to correct it or speak to customers to resolve it. Terrible "customer service." It's time to find a new platform.

I've had nothing but trouble dealing with ActiveCampaign. I cancelled everything more than a year ago and suddenly awoke to a new charge for over $3k. Let them know and got an invoice in reply even though they can see from their side no activity, and a closed account. Be careful. I've sent this dispute to my credit card company and cancelled the card.

I run a small online training business, and I've been using Active Campaign for more than 4 years. Overall, I'm quite happy with it. I used to be on Survey Monkey which I found clunky and frustrating, so I moved to Active Campaign. Initially, it was a little daunting to setup it up, to ensure I understood the terminology and had the right structure, but since the initial setup, it's been quite good to use. As a small business, with a fairly low usage rate, I do find it rather expensive for me. But overall I am happy with it's performance, automations, integrations, and ease of use.

Just attended a two-day workshop/Study Hall in Minneapolis that was extremely helpful for my business. I was able to dig deep into all of my automations. The trainers were outstanding. Loved the venue. The food that was catered in was excellent. Looking forward to becoming AC certified. I’ve been using Active Campaign for about five years and am completely happy with the service they provide.

Active Campaign has an intuitive, feature-rich interface and a powerful automation feature. It makes designing auto-sequences easy. The extensive tagging options are also great. The designer is intuitive to use. Where Active Campaign still falls short is reporting. Its reporting of campaigns is very basic, even compared to "simpler" competitors like MailChimp. Some users have also been reporting bugs in the system, though I've personally not experienced this. Overall Active Campaign is a solid mail server for more advanced users. I would recommend the system to more experienced users looking for a powerful system with many features for tagging and automation.

Very complete and powerful tool even if sometimes not so easy to use. Tutorials should be more developped as the writing explanation might not help when you are a very beginner. All the same, I managed to create automations and saw my business grow :)

We started our plan with almost 75,000 contacts and mysteriously more that 40,000 disappeared around the end of May. No one has been able to tell us why or how this action was made and they have marked our ticket resolved. Do NOT recommend Update...after leaving our initial review our case was reopened and a different customer service agent was able to get us answers. They said that their engineers were able to discover that we had deleted 40,000 contacts and that it had been more than 30 days so they were not recoverable. They were unable to share any proof of their discovery through screenshots of the information. The most contacts that we can ever recall deleting is under 3000. There us a pop-up to confirm that you want to delete x number of contacts and we would have never selected yes, so??? We originally gave a one star review, and have increased it to a three star review because of Katherine's help. If they could have shown us ANY proof of their claim then we would have left a 4 star review. The first CS person did not answer our questions.

Working with Active Campaign is relatively comfortable. Most functions are easy to understand. So far only a few technical problems have occurred (e.g. once a complete failure and a persistent problem: entering your verification code is almost always necessary because the system does not remember the data for 45 days, even if you click the checkbox). The starter package could be cheaper if you don't have 100 addresses yet. Nevertheless, it is fun to work with Active Campaign.

I used to LOVE active campaign, not anymore. It seems as they've grown they've forgotten how to help customers. What's the point of a robust system if customers can never get assistance with problems? You can't talk to a real person anymore, chats are USELESS and I've wasted so many hours with them. I've been trying for over a week to resolve something and begged for a support ticket to be opened but no one reads them! No one is actually responding in timely manner, Unless you're an enterprise customer with dedicated support and phone number, stay away!

Working with Active Campaign is a great way to manager your marketing efforts - especially if you are a small company like mine. I don't have a large marketing budget and AC gives me the tools I need to get the job done without an overload of tools and processes. It's pretty clean and simple. I highly recommend them for anyone with a limited marketing budget.
