Reached out to them with urgency to get a sales call going to present the tool to me and my team (EDIT: I should specify that I reached out with urgency as I had another solution in the company that was screwing us over, terrible tech support, and not working as proposed and we needed to get something live and fast). Took them a few days to respond, and then it was every other day, showing obvious signs that they do NOT read the emails as I told them how many people I am looking to get Professional subscriptions for in my original email and they took a few days just to ask me how many people will need it... not impressed at all. You have someone willing to throw good money for a tool and all they requested was a call/demo and was ready to write the check yet take days to respond to emails and not even read the responses...

They offer only one setup call when you upgrade to a paying account. I purchased the Professional User account with 4,000 credits. When I went to do an onboarding call (the first point of contact with anyone working here), they stood me up on the call. After reaching out to support, they told me that they could not get in touch with the onboarding team. terrible first impression, and now my team is held up for 2 days waiting for the next availability on their onboarding calendar. I was going to give Apollo a try for a month before switching back to Zoom Info, but after this, I might just want to get a refund.

Terrible customer service. A sales service rep was quick to setup a demo, talk plans and pricing. Then when i decided to go with 1 account vs 4, he lost all interest. Reps name was Jorge Martinez. It then took me 3 weeks to get him to answer/help me, at which point he just gave me a brief customer service/support email. Then I emailed them, which its heavily AI/bot managed, and when prompted finally to speak to a customer rep, Its been 2 weeks, still havent heard anything. And I've tried the chat feature on their website for help, so we'll see if that can help. Their email system/service doesnt have any features to help warm up your domain, or get your sequences/mail campaigns opened. I've found that a lot of the decision maker emails werent accurated, and still required me to ask for a papertrail/how to contact them. Would give them 0 starts as a platform/service, and negative stars for customer service if I could.

We got it for our sales agency (small business) and it’s producing zero new leads, the open rate for email campaigns is poor (and we even hired a marketing company to write our content), you’re severely limited on how many messages can send per day, most end up in spam, we are losing $10k and have tried to get anyone on the phone to talk about how this is not the product they promised us and they email saying as long as our website is live that’s all we have to provide and they refuse to provide live support after the initial onboarding which is outsourced. Many contacts provided (they’re a lead generating software company) are incorrect. We tried to cancel and they refuse to allow downgrades or cancellations before a full 12 months is up. Summary: you are promised the moon and have no way of knowing how bad this system is until you start to use it and then are stuck paying for a year with exceptionally poor results.

Die Adressqualität für Adressen in Deutschland ist katastrophal. In den Downloads werden Branchen wild miteinander vermischt - eine händische Nachbearbeitung ist zwingend erforderlich und es bleiben nur rudimentäre Ergebnisse des Datenexports übrig, nach dem man diesen bereinigt hat.
