Herramienta que funciona muy bien, a pesar de los inconvenientes y frenos que Meta causa, es una herramienta en constante evolución y responden, la recomiendo pero tener en cuenta que es una herramienta digital en constante evolución y que Meta puede ser bien estricto con ciertas funcionalidades.

Mala experiencia y no recomendado. La configuración requiere un trabajo enorme, utilicé los días de prueba y la integración con Shopify no funcionó nunca, nisiquiera para cosas básicas. El soporte si responde, sin embargo parece estar hablando con un boot, entregan respuestas genéricas, ya que no se enfocan en lo que les preguntas.

Parecía una herramienta muy buena, pero tiene muchas fallas, su IA es muy inconsistente, a veces funciona, a veces no, y eso inaceptable para un chatbot de ventas y pedidos en un negocio. No tienen buen servicio al cliente.

Facebook es el que hace que después de 24 horas el chat se cierre, no ellos, han mejorado mucho la IA actualmente es la plataforma que más fácil se me ha hecho encontrar que maneje el GPT 4o, es el que permite escuchar audios y ver imágenes, solo que hay que dedicarle tiempo para enseñar la IA correctamente, utilicen 1 WhatsApp como este para atender a leads fríos, y otro para clientes que ya compraron, así cuando te quieras volver a comunicar con un cliente será más sencillo, este sitio/plataforma de automatización es para facilitar la información a NUEVOS clientes, más que todo cuando manejas cientos o miles al día.

La integración con ChatGPT es muy buena ya que este chatbot ayuda mucho a optimizar el tiempo en las conversaciones con clientes, si embargo, el chat se cierra luego de 24 horas de inactividad, y para poder iniciar una conversación hay que crear una plantilla personalizada y enviarla como tipo difusión, así que me parece muy limitada la herramienta porque luego no puedo contactar a un cliente para algo específico. Deberían mejorar eso.

Super unprofessional, not recommended. There isn't really AI.. The bot is very basic and takes too much effort to configure, also it creates tons of errors in console. The bot suddenly stopped working recently and not even showing on my website. After contacting support they explaind that Meta has stopped supporting their widget - I never received any update regarding this.
