I support Turkey region as an SDR and it is compatible. We also use HubSpot CRM Making it seamless to view data and track things easily. We dont need an IT support because Cloudtalk is userfriendly plus the Livechat support is superb! The one thing I am thinking is the price as its higher than other voip but for a big company its worth it.

I’m extremely disappointed with CloudTalk’s support experience. I’ve been trying to reach your support team for over a month with zero success. I’ve sent multiple emails, tried calling the German support line, and even attempted to reach someone via the chat feature in the CloudTalk application—no response whatsoever. It’s unacceptable for a service-based company, especially one that deals with business communications, to have such unresponsive support. This lack of availability is not only frustrating but also puts our business operations at risk. I expected a far more professional and reliable level of service. At this point, I seriously question the value of continuing to use CloudTalk if support is completely unreachable when needed. Please treat this with urgency—though I won’t be surprised if I don’t hear back.

Their customer service approach was just awful. Tried to book a sales call multiple times. Got an email saying they couldnt and I should watch a two minute video that answered none of my questions. Tried to use their free trial but it demands company registration numbers. Now I am sitting and waiting for approval of a trial. Instantly looked for other options. Very unimpressed with how they run their business. I have not even got to use their service yet and I am already extremely dissatisfied.
