I just purchased Freshworks CRM the sales rep was extremely helpful but didn't know the product that well and ambelished on some of it's capabilities for integration. She talked me into a one year purchase rather than month to month, after 3 weeks I decided the product wasn't for me asked for an 11 month refund. "No refunds are given is what was told to me" I wouldn't recommend signing up for a year.

Stay away from their software, specifically their CRM offerings. We were lured in by the low price (for the claimed features) - but you really get what you pay for: the software is extremely bug ridden with features that do not work as advertised (Examples: SMS messages sometimes fail to send, the status of records gets incorrectly set, reports generate incorrect data. They really should focus on fixing the existing feature set before trying to ship new products or features. Support is non existent, we are constantly given support that is incorrect (and have to correct Freshworks own employees about the way a feature or function works). We were locked out of our account after a migration shutting down our business for days with no response from technical support, our account manager, or senior account manager. Don't make the same mistake as us!

Very bad experience with Freshworks. We had to pay 10,000 euros in advance but the software did not work. After supposedly a team of 5 developers couldn't solve the problem even after one month, I wanted to use the right to dissolve the agreement and get a refund based on their terms. However, Freshworks now suddenlty indicates that it was due to our own doing. Strange that 5 developers could not see that in a month time and that they were talking about working on the bug all the time. Very cheap and no responsibility. I strongly advise against working with this party. Software did not work and they take no responsibility. Shame about the 10,000 euros. Starting legal actions now!
