Expérience particulièrement mitigée et frustrante avec LemList. Au début, l'outil semble incroyable et intuitif. Malheureusement, ça ne dure pas bien longtemps. Un petit résumé : - Tout est excessivement contraignant et rigide. - Aucune action ne semble réversible. (un lead vous avait dit qu'il n'était pas intéressé et il change d'avis ? et bien vous devez supprimer le lead et faire une nouvelle entrée. Vous avez oublié d'ajouter un champ personnalisé pendant la création du lead ? et bien vous devez le supprimer et recommencer... ) - Vous êtes obligé de dupliquer vos leads un peu partout (et donc perdre le suivi de leurs actions). - Il y a des interruptions de connexion toutes les 5 minutes - (corrigé depuis mon avis) Des mises à jour surprise qui modifient vos campagnes sans vous avertir (et bien sûr aucun patch note ni aucun mail pour vous prévenir des nouveautés) - Un manque cruel d'ergonomie et une logique d'utilisation contre-intuitive - (corrigé depuis mon avis) Un système d'enrichissement qui vous facture même en cas d'échec de résultats et complètement opaque (on ne sait pas combien nous coûte un enrichissement.) - Le service client vous renvoi systématique vers des pages de blog que vous avez déjà pris le temps d'étudier avant de leur poser des questions donc vous êtes juste livré à vous-même en permanence - Un service qui a été en français et qui n'est maintenant plus proposé qu'en anglais - Vous ne contrôlez pas votre débit d'envoi, du coup, vous pouvez lancer une campagne de mail et vous apercevoir que votre premier mail a été envoyé 3 jours ou 2 semaines après le lancement de votre séquence... - Impossibilité de créer des templates de mail professionels, vous allez pouvoir tout juste mettre du texte et des images. C'est tout. Aucun moyen de faire quelque chose de propre avec une structure à l'image de votre entreprise. Et n'essayez même pas de passer par du code HTML, LemList va tout modifier sans vous prévenir. Bref, je pourrai continuer comme ça pendant un moment. A celui qui me dira que LemList reste quand même meilleur que ses concurrents, je lui répondrais que se comparer à moins bon est un raisonnement de perdant, et que c'est le meilleur moyen de se faire rattraper, voir distancer. Cette plateforme a du potentiel, mais vraiment, ce n'est actuellement pas du tout un plaisir à utiliser. J'espère qu'elle va s'améliorer, surtout au prix que ça coûte vraiment. Edit : Je réhausse ma note d'une étoile puisque la team Lemlist semble particulière réactive au retours clients. Plusieurs fois que je communique avec eux de différents manière et des changements arrivent dans la foulée. Hasard du calendrier ou réelle capacité de réaction, on ne saura peut être jamais ^^"

Absolute trash company. I found out they’ve been charging my cc without authorization for over 9 months after I had already blocked and disputed previous charges. The company changes their company info and charge your card from a similar name repeatedly after you cancel their services.

When you cancelled your lemlist subscription, it did not automatically cancel your associated lemwarm subscription. Lemwarm is usually a separate, paid service; however, it was included for free with your lemlist plan. As a result, when lemlist was cancelled, the lemwarm charges began. We take responsibility for any confusion this may have caused. It's also our policy to issue a refund in situations like this, and we want to assure you that we'll promptly process your refund for the charges related to the lemwarm service. Great vibe, great team and guests, great place, i went for a sales event, it was a nice and very interesting gathering! I like the attention to detail like spring water in cans instead of plastic bottles or plants all around you in the ceiling, there are many nice touches like this, everyone I met was super nice, i wish i could live closer to come again soon, I hope to come back on my next trip to Paris if there are more events like this!

Been using Lemlist for years, to be more precise around 4+ years so far. I like support, because it's fast. Sometimes it says "agent will be available in 1h" but you get a message in 10-15mins. It is EASY to ask them to get on a call if you have such a need, this is VERY handy. Great YouTube channel and other things. Слава Україні!
