About Monday Sales CRM

Monday Sales CRM is Monday.com’s dedicated CRM product, built on the company’s Work OS platform to give sales, revenue operations, and account management teams a highly visual, AI-powered system for managing the entire customer lifecycle. Launched in 2022, it extends monday.com’s popular work management capabilities to cover lead capture, deal tracking, email engagement, forecasting, and post‑sales collaboration in a single, no-code environment.

The product focuses on flexibility and ease of use. Teams build CRM workflows using customizable boards, columns, and dashboards rather than rigid objects, then layer in automations to assign leads, update stages, and trigger follow-ups without code. Native email sync with Gmail and Outlook, mass email and sequences, and a centralized activity timeline help keep all sales communication visible and searchable. Integrated AI features assist with email drafting, data enrichment, summarization, and workflow automation.

Because Monday Sales CRM runs on the same underlying Work OS as monday.com’s project, marketing, service, and dev products, companies can connect pre‑sales, implementation, and ongoing account work in one platform. That makes it attractive to growing organizations that want to replace ad hoc spreadsheets or disconnected tools with a unified system that still remains approachable for non-technical users.

In the CRM market, Monday Sales CRM is positioned primarily for small and mid-sized businesses and mid‑market teams that value a modern UI, fast time to value, and strong cross‑team collaboration more than extremely deep, out‑of‑the‑box enterprise CRM specialization. It competes most often with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, and entry-to-mid tiers of Salesforce, differentiating on usability, customization, and tight integration with monday.com’s broader work management suite.

FAQ

What is Monday Sales CRM?

+

Monday Sales CRM is monday.com's dedicated customer relationship management product, built on the monday.com Work OS. It gives sales, revenue operations, and account management teams a visual, customizable system to manage leads, contacts, deals, emails, and post-sales work in one place. The product combines no-code boards and automations with AI features and a large integration ecosystem so teams can design workflows that match their exact sales process.

How much does Monday Sales CRM cost?

+

Monday Sales CRM uses seat-based pricing with a minimum of three seats. On annual billing, the Basic plan starts at $12 per user per month, the Standard plan at $17 per user per month, and the Pro plan at $28 per user per month. The Ultimate (Enterprise) plan is priced by quote. All CRM plans include a 14-day free trial, and monthly billing is also available at higher per-seat rates.

What are the main features of Monday Sales CRM?

+

Core features of Monday Sales CRM include customizable deal pipelines and contact records, two-way email sync with Gmail and Outlook, email templates, sequences and mass emails, AI-powered email generation and data enrichment, no-code automations, visual dashboards and sales forecasting, quotes and invoices, lead capture forms, and post-sales account and project management. Higher tiers add capabilities like lead scoring, team goals, advanced analytics, and enterprise-grade security and governance.

Who are Monday Sales CRM's main competitors?

+

The main competitors to Monday Sales CRM are other modern, cloud-based CRMs such as HubSpot Sales Hub, Salesforce Sales Cloud (particularly its lower and mid tiers), Pipedrive, and Zoho CRM. Buyers also sometimes compare it with project-centric tools like ClickUp or Asana when they are looking to combine light CRM needs with broader work management.

Is Monday Sales CRM good for small businesses?

+

Yes, Monday Sales CRM is well-suited to small businesses and growing teams that want an easy-to-use, highly visual CRM that can be customized without developers. Reviews consistently highlight its intuitive interface, templates, and fast setup as benefits for smaller organizations. The main caveats for very small businesses are the three-seat minimum and the fact that some advanced email, automation, and analytics capabilities are only available on higher-tier plans, which can feel costly for solo users or micro-teams.

Between the automations, customizable dashboards, and excellent integrations it has been a life saver and time saver over and over again. Highly recommend. Our company has been using this platform for over a year. We paid for an Enterprise subscription and all was fine. Then, we started getting demands for an invoice payment of over $7700. We inquired what this was for and received no reply or cryptic replies from Brian Berman. We finally had to get customer support involved because we couldn't get a straight answer or reply from the Brian Nitwit.. Customer support has been "working" on the issue for months and just kept telling us "we are working on it" and apologizing for the delays. Then, today, Brian Berman deactivated our account for non payment of some invoice we have no idea what it is for and appears to be double billing us for the Enterprise plan. This is causing us to lose thousands and thousands of dollars in revenue and our customers are very upset. We can't get anyone to explain to us what the invoice is for and what we got when we paid for the Enterprise plan for nearly $10K. I'm hoping someone with some balls at this company reaches out to us directly and gets this resolved. This Brian Berman clearly doesn't want to put in the work to find out what happened or explain why we are being billed again for this plan. I'm sure the reply to this review will be "reach out to our customer support".... blah blah blah. I will follow up with all the communications we sent so everyone can see the BS we have been dealing with and how ignorant this Brian Berman is...

I used Monday.com for years and the software constantly glitched causing me to lose hundreds of hours work and thousands of dollars. They never took accountability or troubleshot the issues. After doing some digging I realized I wasn't the only client who's boards mysteriously disappeared. Monday acted completely oblivious anytime they done something wrong. They also overcharged me for years. When I finally canceled, they still continued to bill me claiming that I didn't cancel when I indeed did cancel it on my own inside my account. I do not recommend this company at all!

Response from owner 3 months ago

Hey Nikki, we’re really sorry to hear this was your experience, that’s absolutely not what we aim for and we can understand your frustration! We’d love to take a closer look and see what happened. Since we weren’t able to locate any previous support requests tied to this, if you’re open to it, please DM us with your account details or reach out directly to our support team so we can properly investigate and try to make things right. We’re here to help!

The software is as you'd expect but I would 100% recommend you don't touch Monday dot com if you run a serious business. They do not take your users privacy seriously at all and will spam your people mercilessly no matter what settings you or your users apply. It made working difficult for us. There us just zero trust between vendor and user because Monday dot com treats you and your users as their own captive audience rather than as paying customer. So you're paying to be spammed -- not a good position to put yourself in. What I did to escape: Jira, Target Process, any of the others work just as well or better WITHOUT spamming every single user in your user database against their will with unwanted fringe crap like "AI masterclass" events. Make your own decision but I hope this informs it. I'll never use Monday dot com again. I'd genuinely rather use a spreadsheet.

Response from owner a year ago

Hi Michael, at monday.com we're fully committed to respecting user privacy and ensuring a secure, seamless experience, so we are sorry to hear about your experience around email notifications. To clarify, users have full control over their email preferences and can unsubscribe from updates or adjust notifications from their boards at any time. If there are any further challenges with this, our support team is always happy to assist. We appreciate your feedback and have shared it internally as we regularly processes to better meet user needs!
