Very poor customer service. Perceived "discounts" and dismissive customer service representatives abound. As other people have shown on these reviews, I am echoing the sentiment. They are shysters and should be avoided at all cost.

Terrible customer service. Stay away from this company. I spent over 2 hours in a support chat to try an get an answer regarding cancelling the service. Used product for 11 days, cancelled, no refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Someone in our office signed up for this and is no longer with the company. I've replied on both billing and price increase emails asking that they cancel our account. They won't cancel! Said it has to be from the Administrator (who is no longer with the company!). No phone contact. They're only suggestion, dispute the charges. Truly unprofessional!

Terrible experience, signed up and was left hanging by support. Everything was upsell. I tried to refund the same day i signed up and they said the terms and conditions stated NO REFUND. Unethical. Better off with Sales Force
