This is a typical company that oversells its services. During the initial conversation they promise you the galaxy, but once hired, the results are deplorable. The candidate they selected to be our sales representative had absolutely no experience in the field; her background was completely unrelated to sales or the industry in which we needed expertise. Before moving forward, I specifically asked Sales Focus to allow me to be part of the recruiting process, but they refused, claiming it was not “legally possible.” The sales agent they assigned did not generate a single sale, so I asked to end the relationship. They insisted on giving it another chance, so I agreed. When they attempted to assign a new sales agent, I received no updates until I followed up myself. At that point, I finally received a response, but again, no results. I invested thousands of dollars in what turned out to be the worst strategy I could have chosen. This was the worst investment I’ve made. Stay away.

This company is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend working with them. They do not care about their customers. They seem to be based on just gaining sales. Once sale is completed it is hard to get anymore proper service. Be aware. Stay clear from this unprofessional company.

The first candidate they produced was clearly unqualified but we worked with her to try and get her up to speed. After a week we demanded that she be fired as she clearly was an unqualified candidate. It then took them another EIGHT WEEKS to bring a candidate to the table for us to review. All along we were getting invoiced. Clearly unsatisfied with Sales Focus, we're now dealing with them sending us to a collections agency. We're forced at this point to take legal action against them.

They failed to produce an acceptable sales rep per the contract. When they took months and tens of thousand in invoices to produce a candidate, I asked to back out of the contract due to their non performance. The result? They sent our company to collections. Now I am forced to take legal action against them. That should pretty much cover how I feel about this company. Read the contract closely and always remember:"buyer beware".

We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and would like to address your concerns. Upon reviewing your case, we see that we provided a candidate who, unfortunately, did not meet your expectations. We promptly worked to find a replacement for you and notified you that given the holidays, it was going to be difficult to schedule interviews which you said you understood. We kept you updated every week but encountered challenges as you started to push back on the proposed candidate and start dates and ultimately, ceased communication and payments. When we informed you that we had an agent ready to start, you finally got back to us asking to terminate the contract. We reminded you that, per the terms of your contract with us, you committed to our services for four months and could not terminate based on a lack of communication on your part. When you once again stopped replying to our messages and calls, we had no choice but to engage a debt collection agency in accordance with the terms outlined in our agreement. We understand the frustration this situation has caused and regret any inconvenience. Our team is committed to resolving this issue promptly and professionally. If you would like to discuss this matter further or explore potential resolutions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
