I wouldn’t recommend this company. I had a really disappointing experience. They don’t offer refunds, don’t send renewal reminders, and I was charged even after months of not using the service. Their refund policy is extremely strict — once they bill you, it’s final, no matter what. The product itself is hard to use, the features feel confusing, and the overall user experience is just not good. Really disappointed and hope others avoid the same mistake.

Do not buy from this company. You will regret it. They do not do refunds and they do not send a reminder email that a charge is about to take place. I had a terrible time with their service and I havent used them in months. Companies who dont issue refunds are this way because their product is not up to par. If your product is as good as you claim then you would trust I would come back to you. I regret buying from this company and I hope you learn from my mistakes. Here is their policy copy and pasted: "No Refunds - Irreversible & Non-Cancellable Mailbox purchases are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. The 10-day refund policy for new Outreach subscriptions and the 5-day renewal refund policy do not apply to mailboxes. On the billing date, mailboxes are immediately renewed with the respective email service provider, and the domain are registered for one year. No refunds, credits, or cancellations can be issued - regardless of whether the mailbox was used or connected. This applies to all mailbox types: Google (OAuth), Maildoso, and InfraMail (SMTP-based"

This company is horible. I bought a B2C list of 100,000 emails spent over $3,000 and it was crap. Never got 1 deal. So I complained. They told me that they get there B2C list from a 3rd party and I should try there B2B list. So I did and it was worse. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM

I got literally Robbed by them. You can't unsubscribe them even if you want to so money will be deducted from bank account. This is a total scam. The product itself designed to make people believe it's a useful product. It's all buggy. Doesn't work properly. and if you try to contact them for support they will either don't pick the call or if they pick it, they will tell you that they are not responsible for the loss.
