After nearly three months of testing and $8,729 spent, StackAdapt delivered the worst performance we’ve seen on any platform. We ultimately discontinued our ads as they were losing money. Other mainstream platforms like Google and Facebook can be tested with a lower budget and consistently produce better results, making them a far smarter investment. Overall, very disappointed with StackAdapt. Their high fixed testing fees, underwhelming performance, and lack of clear expectations make it difficult to justify. There are more effective alternatives out there. Would not recommend.

Reached out to sign up, after quite a lot of emails with a sales rep - that wasn't listening to us, we were turned away because we weren't able to commit £5k per month to test the platform...... co-founder then reached out and reiterated that there are no monthly minimums, and we still can't use it. No offer or attempt made to bring us on as a client. Did query what could be done to remove this review though. The "no minimum spend" Google Ad headlines are certainly clickbait and wasted a lot of my time. Really disappointed both at the sales process and the leadership quality.

Charles, we don’t have minimum monthly spend requirements to use the platform. However, we do ask for a minimum first campaign size to make sure we can do proper training, implementation, and to align our efforts for mutual long-term success, which our business development rep attempted to explain. Based on our historical data, a campaign that you had in mind of “£20 a day budget for 3-5 days” is not sufficient to evaluate a programmatic platform and we would do a disservice to you if we didn’t manage your expectations here.
