De outreaches werken best prima, maar UI interface is niet optimaal en user management werkt niet lekker. Medewerkers in chat hebben weinig/geen empathie voor de problemen die je ervaart.

Horrible Platform. Sounds good when you go through the webinar, but the platform has bugs and good luck trying to ever contact support. They will not get back to you, and the under 10 min response is a joke. I was trying the trial before spending the $99 a month and let me tell you thats 100% not worth it. These reviews must have been bought or generated by AI since they claim to be an AI company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Pas op met zaken doen Expandi, ik had een trail versie voor 1 gebruiker, na trail moest ik voor 3 gebruikers betalen! Geen fijne partij om mee samen te werken. Reactie was "Due to our terms & conditions, I cannot offer a refund for the last charge. Be careful doing business Expandi, I had a trial version for 1 user, after the trial I had to pay for 3 users! Not a nice party to work with. The response was "Due to our general terms and conditions I can not refund the last amount.

Incredibly smart tool! With their new sentiment analysis feature, this soft is a game changer. A great tool to grow your LinkedIn presence. Has some amazing features for outreach and connecting with your prospects but I mainly used features to scrape event and post engagers and attendees and then built a relationship with them to sell. The software has some protective actions in space to ensure your account is absolutely safe if you follow their guidelines. Grow my LinkedIn audience significantly. P.S - special shout out to their customer support. Their team is extremely responsive and helps in answering all questions promptly.
