About Goody

Goody is a venture-backed corporate gifting and swag platform designed to make business gifting as easy as sending a text or email. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Miami, Florida, the company helps HR, people ops, sales, marketing, and admin teams send thoughtful, trackable gifts at scale without the usual logistics hassles. Users can send to one recipient or thousands at once, while recipients choose their preferred gift within a set budget and provide their own shipping details.

The platform offers a large, curated catalog of 400+ premium brands across categories like food, wellness, home, tech, and experiences, plus on‑demand branded swag with no minimum order quantities. Goody emphasizes values-based gifting, making it easy to discover and promote brands that are BIPOC‑founded, women‑ or LGBTQ+‑led, USA‑made, or sustainability focused. A modern recipient experience with digital cards and a mobile-friendly unboxing flow helps increase gift engagement and redemption rates.

Goody for Business extends this experience with automation, integrations, and analytics for teams. People teams can automate birthday, work anniversary, and onboarding gifts through 30+ HRIS integrations, while sales and marketing teams use Goody to book meetings, nurture accounts, and thank customers via integrations with tools like Salesforce, Calendly, Zapier, and Google Workspace. Budget management, reporting, and SOC 2–backed security controls make the platform suitable for growing mid‑market and enterprise organizations.

Backed by investors including New Enterprise Associates, SOFTBANK Latin America Ventures, Index Ventures, and others, Goody has raised over $32 million in funding and is used by more than 20,000 companies. Its customer roster includes high‑growth technology firms and global enterprises, and reviews on platforms like G2 and Trustpilot consistently highlight its ease of use, quality of gift assortment, and strong customer support.

Goody products have always been a favorite however during the past few years, their products have seem to cater to hair that is not of the ethnic culture. It seems like all the hair brushes are for weave “type/texture” hair. Here’s the latest update, our ethnic group are encouraged to embrace their natural which means we need product to support that. I can’t brush my hair with a brush that has 50 bristles in it and I definitely don’t need one that’s so hard, tears my hair out. BRING BACK THE BRUSHES & COMBS FROM THE 80’s/90’s! They work better, are more sustainable and produced better results. FYI; I used to brush my dolls hair with the brushes they sell today. Oh and combs seems to be made of the cheapest flimsiest plastic. 3 stars awarded just because of the brand name and I remember what your products used to be like.

foam ball rollers for loose waves - HORRIBLE! Put in my daughter's long hair anticipating nice waves, but couldn't get the rollers out without breaking her hair or the rollers. A $10 nightmare!

Ten years ago, I was able to buy 3 1/2" side hair combs at my local Walmart, made by Goody. After many years of use, the teeth finally began to break as well as the combs themselves. When I was unable to find the combs in ANY of the stores within a 25 mile radius, I finally found & ordered them in mass quantity on-line; only to find the quality of the product to be sub-par and flimsy in comparison to the old ones I had. I've already broken one pair. The photo's show how heavy the old combs were to the new. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
