Update: 2 months later, still waiting and have yet to fully receive the support services they guaranteed in the sales process. Really poor business practices and very poor communication. Not atypical to wait over a week for a response. Very poor follow-up. In the guise of X employees, they sold us a verified orgs membership, which has numerous documented bugs. After the sale was made, when we demonstrated the bugs which essentially make the product unworkable, Sarah essentially threw up her hands and said not our problem, there’s nothing we can do. Still have yet to get a satisfactory response after weeks of follow up.

I strongly recommend you do your research and read the reviews on BBB with this company. I had to learn my lesson the hard way. The communication is great until they get your money. I bought leads with this company for AHRN and they have not produced any quality leads. Don't waste your money. ***Edited*** They did refund me. I will say they came back and made it right after my BBB review.
