Dans l'ensemble le service rendu n'est pas trop mal, bien que le prix soit décorellé du réel service rendu ! Dans une journée, on est obligé de faire un F5 plusieurs fois pour se reconnecter à son compte et actualiser ses données. Mais le principal souci est la fonction Inbox (qui est payante en plus de l'abonnement de base Waalazy) et qui est de plus en plus truffée de bugs !! Inbox est pour moi, la seule valeur ajoutée de Waalazy, car pour la cold de prospection, l'import de contacts, … D'autres applications font un peu la même chose aujourd'hui pour moins cher. Vivement que l'Inbox soit débugée sérieusement, sinon je serai obligé de chercher une autre crémerie.

Effectivement l'Inbox est une fonctionnalité non incluse dans l'abonnement Waalaxy, vous avez la possibilité d'y souscrire en tant qu'option payante. Elle a été pensée comme un produit séparé car elle ne sert pas le même but. Waalaxy sert à générer vos premières interactions, tandis que l'Inbox sert à les gérer ensuite de manière fluide et professionnelle. ​ Nous sommes conscients que ça peut sembler surprenant, toutes nos fonctionnalités passées étant systématiquement incluses dans les abonnements de base. Mais inclure l'Inbox nous aurait contraints à augmenter significativement nos tarifs pour toute notre base d'utilisateurs, alors que certains n'en ont pas l'utilité. Nous avons donc fait le choix de vous laisser libre de choisir votre propre package et de ne pas toucher aux prix existants. update 1 : je vois que vous maitrisez le copié-collé, bravo. Néanmoins je maintiens le propos : vous n'honorez pas les promesses faites pour forcer la souscription de licences et faites ensuite l'autruche et chargeant vos clients. Bravo ... A plus tard, ici ou ailleurs. 1 étoile parce qu'on ne peut pas mettre moins. Le service est lamentable, les échanges avec "l'équipe" sont lunaires et surtout la promesse n'est pas tenue. Si vous le pouvez, abstenez vous... sans quoi il vous en coutera en temps, en argent et en stress. En un mot : honteux. Update : lorsqu'on me répond (ici ou ailleurs) c'est pour me faire passer pour une quiche, mais c'est peine perdue... je suis loin d'être la seule à me plaindre (hélas) et continue à faire connaitre vos méthodes tellement douteuses... :(

Bonjour Sandrine, Je ne comprends pas trop votre avis 🤔 Tous nos abonnements sont sans engagement. Donc, vous pouvez résilier à tout moment. Dans ce cas, l'abonnement prend fin à la fin de la période payée en cours (si vous êtes en mensuel à la fin du mois payé, si vous êtes en annuel à la fin de l'année). Il n'y a pas de remboursement possible pour la période en cours (ie. si vous payez annuellement et arrêtez au bout de 6 mois, on ne rembourse pas les 6 mois restants). De même, vous pouvez modifier votre abonnement d'équipe à la baisse, telles qu'un passage de 3 à 2 sièges, mais ces modifications ne seront prises en compte qu'au prochain renouvellement de votre abonnement. Nous sommes prêts à vous offrir un dédommagement si une communication du support vous a induit en erreur sur ces points à condition de nous envoyer une capture d'écran de l'échange en question. Notre équipe support vous a relancé à 6 reprise à ce sujet entre le 6/02 et le 17/02/25, mais sans retour de votre part via email à contact@waalaxy.com nous ne pourrons pas agir 😕 Notre équipe se tient prête à vous accompagner 🚀 Célia @Waalaxy

Outils intéressant, facile et avec une belle interface, mais truffé de bugs persistants, ce qui altère grandement l'expérience d'utilisation. - Plantages récurrents - Auto imports qui fonctionnent de façon aléatoire - Tag qui marchent une fois sur deux - Inbox tellement buggée que je ne l'utilise plus - Fonctionnalités affichées comme "bientôt disponibles" depuis 2 ans... Par ailleurs, la partie stats n'est pas au niveau pour pouvoir analyser correctement les performances (pas de taux d'ouverture des mails...)

this service is a SCAM, all the comments here are probably made by them , i have paid for this service and 64% of the emails got bounced, they havent refund the money and they dont even reply my emails, do not lose your time on this service

This kind of automation tool is much needed. However Waalaxy is full of bugs. You will A LOT more time finding workarounds to avoid those bugs and at the end is not worth the money. Eg. tagging manually every single prospect because automated prospect state management don't work. Time is money. And we have lost so much money working with Waalaxy... it's just ridiculous.

I have been a long time user of the paid version but price increased from 35€ to 112€ with only an email notice 2 weeks after the price increase happened. If the business model is not correct, users should not be that much affected by brutal price increase.

From one day to another they decided to change my subscription from 30eu to 134 eu / months. The customer support experience was exasperating, no empathy and no way to get refund the difference. They use to be a really good tool but there is now much more affordable and efficient tools on the market - I have been using many tools since many years and it is the first time I have to go to this point where I feel like I need to warn people about a company. I DONT recommend.

I recently engaged with Waalaxy's service, and the experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned. I wish to share some critical points that prospective clients should be aware of: User Interface Issues: Despite what the platform claims, the UI has significant transparency problems, and I encountered issues with clear communication within the platform about bugs and the fact that my campaigns were not running. Customer Support: The customer support experience was exasperating. Although they claim to provide assistance, I felt a lack of empathy and professionalism, coupled with a reluctance to address genuine concerns. Compliance & Ethical Behavior: My experience raised questions about the company's commitment to responsible business conduct, including GDPR compliance. The handling of personal data and their approach to technical limitations seemed questionable. Furthermore, I noticed like it seems on LinkedIn they have created various fake accounts under their company to make it look bigger.... Ethically questionable in my view.. Refund Policy: My request for a refund was met with an outright refusal without proper justification. This approach seemed arbitrary and against fair customer treatment principles. The same happened to many others and you can read in the reviews. I have as well bought a yearly subscription, and I have encountered many bugs and a complete lack of empathy ... They claim that they do not need to reimburse after 7 days of usage as per their terms and conditions. They are trying to outsmart and intimidate clients .. well .. especially when clients are geographically distant .. General Professionalism: The overall tone and behavior of the company were not only offensive at times but also exhibited a clear lack of respect and understanding for their clients' needs and concerns. I had high hopes for Waalaxy, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. The concerns raised here are not trivial, and they highlight serious shortcomings in both the product and the company's ethos, and compliance.
