Overview
The Marketing section is a client-facing folder for managing every part of a client's hosted website. It mirrors SalesHive's own CRM Marketing section but is scoped to the client's own site. From here you can see an overview of the client's website status, manage blog posts and glossary terms, tune per-page SEO (titles and meta descriptions), and connect Google Analytics and Search Console for traffic and ranking data.
How to use this page
View the website overview
The Overview page shows the client's website status, including its name, slug, custom domain (if set), publish date, and last update time. It also shows the current site URL. From here you can navigate to Blog, Glossary, SEO, and Settings subpages.
Manage blog posts
Open the Blog page to view, create, edit, or remove blog posts on the client's hosted website. The blog editor supports rich content, featured images, and SEO metadata. Changes are live after saving.
Manage glossary terms
Open the Glossary page to manage industry glossary terms for the client's website. You can add new terms with definitions, edit existing ones, and reorganize them.
Tune per-page SEO
Open the SEO page to manage the title and meta description for every page on the client's website: homepage, interior pages, blog posts, glossary terms, and index pages. Each row shows the current title (with a character count gauge) and meta description. Click to edit any field and save changes individually.
Connect Google tools (staff only)
Staff can open Settings to connect the client's Google Analytics 4 property and Google Search Console site. The shared service account email is shown for granting Viewer access. Once connected, website agents can read traffic, search queries, and rankings to optimize the client's digital marketing.
