Overview

The Deal Room is the client-facing page where your prospect or customer tracks their SalesHive partnership: meetings, contract signing, deposit payment (when required), Playmaker intake, and onboarding milestones. You reach it from the unique link SalesHive shares after proposal. When booking or rescheduling, confirm the prospect invite email and add anyone else who should receive the calendar invite. No SalesHive login is required.

How to use this page

  1. Open your Deal Room

Click the Deal Room link from your SalesHive email or proposal. The header shows your company name. Staff testing links may also show quick actions to email your rep or open CRM links.

  2. Follow the launch timeline

The left column tracks Sales steps (intro, demo, proposal review) and Onboarding steps (deposit when applicable, kickoff, Playmaker, playbook approval, payment, and campaign launch). Green checks mark completed milestones.

  3. Book or reschedule a meeting

When a meeting card offers Schedule, choose a date, time, and timezone. Confirm or edit the Prospect (calendar invite recipient) name and required email, then use Add Participants for any other invitees. A valid prospect email is required before booking. If you reschedule an uncompleted meeting, the saved prospect and additional participant emails remain in the form so you can review or edit them before choosing a new time.

  4. Complete your next action

The center column highlights what to do now: book a meeting, sign the agreement, complete Playmaker, pay a deposit when required, or download your signed contract.

  5. Reach your team and resources

The right column lists your sales rep and onboarding specialist with email and Book a Call buttons, plus links to the sales deck, sandbox, example playbook, and other shared files.

  6. Pay a deposit when required

If your agreement includes a refundable deposit, a gold banner appears with a Pay Deposit button until payment is complete. Engagements with no deposit required skip this banner entirely.

Common questions

No. Your private link is all you need. Internal staff may see extra buttons like View in CRM when logged in.
The prospect name and required email identify who should receive the calendar invite. The values are pre-filled from the primary contact when available, can be edited, and the email must have a valid format. You can also add other invitees with Add Participants.
The saved prospect and additional participant email addresses are carried into the new booking form after you confirm the reschedule. Review or edit them before choosing the replacement time.
Many engagements are structured with no upfront deposit. The deposit banner only appears when your specific agreement requires one and payment is still outstanding.
When your rep enables contract signing, a Sign Agreement section appears in the main column with billing fields and an e-signature pad.
Use the email links or Book a Call buttons next to your sales rep and onboarding specialist in the Your Team panel.
