What the platform does today.

Each item below is available to customers now and documented in the Help Center. A connector listing does not mean every action in that app is supported, so check the tools available to your project before you plan a workflow.

  • Projects. Give SalesHive AI a goal, add your context and connected tools, and refine the result in the same conversation. Projects guide
  • Scheduled Projects. Repeat useful work on a schedule, or start a project when something happens in a connected app that supports triggers.
  • Connectors. Connect apps for your whole company or only your own projects. Each app account lists its read and change tools. Changes need the Let agents make changes switch, and delete tools never run. Connectors guide
  • Approvals. Tracked agent changes either apply at once or wait in Approvals, depending on your Approve for me or Ask me setting.
  • Outbound tools. A Power Dialer with an AI teleprompter for human callers, email campaigns and cadences, eMod personalization, a Smart Inbox, list building and data, intent signals, deal rooms and reporting. Platform overview

How managed outbound is priced and run.

  • Plans: Starter (phone only, one dedicated SDR, 100+ daily touches), Growth (phone and email, one dedicated SDR, 250+ daily touches) and Crush (phone and email, two dedicated SDRs, 500+ daily touches), each with US-based or offshore SDRs.
  • Price: one custom-quoted monthly fee covering the SDR team, strategist, platform, data, list building and management. No setup fees and no per-meeting pricing. Annual plans have a lower monthly rate than month-to-month plans.
  • Terms: month-to-month plans need written cancellation notice once outreach starts, and outreach and billing end at the end of the next billing month. Annual plans carry a 12-month commitment.
  • Before you pay: you meet your team and approve the playbook and messaging before outreach begins. You owe $0 until you approve everything for launch.
  • Launch: most programs launch within a month of kickoff, typically in about three weeks.

Services: cold calling, offshore cold calling, email outreach, list building, appointment setting, sales strategy, SDR outsourcing, sales outsourcing and lead generation. Full pricing and terms.

What SalesHive does not claim.

  • No guaranteed number of meetings. Results depend on your offer, your market and how your buyers respond.
  • No per-meeting pricing.
  • Managed cold calls are led by human SDRs. SalesHive AI supports research, list building, personalized email, reply handling and reporting.
  • Calling is not part of self-serve plans.
  • CRM sync runs one way, from SalesHive into your CRM. SalesHive has its own contacts, deals and meeting tools and works alongside the CRM you already use.
  • Case studies describe individual clients. They are not forecasts for your program.

Questions

Common questions about SalesHive.

Is SalesHive an agency or a software platform?
Both, by design. SalesHive is a project-centered AI platform for sales, marketing and operations. You can run it with your own team, add expert implementation for a recurring workflow, or have SalesHive strategists and SDRs run managed cold calling and email outreach for you.
How much does SalesHive cost?
Managed outbound plans are one custom-quoted monthly fee with no setup fees. Self-serve workspaces are priced per seat. Platform programs run by your own team and expert implementation are quoted on a call. The pricing page lists plan details and terms.
Does SalesHive use AI to make cold calls?
No. Managed cold calls are led by human SDRs on the SalesHive Power Dialer, which gives callers an AI teleprompter. SalesHive AI supports the work around the calls, such as research, list building, personalized email, reply handling and reporting.
Which CRMs does SalesHive work with?
CRM sync supports Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and VanillaSoft. It sends contacts and outreach activity from SalesHive into your CRM and does not copy CRM edits back into SalesHive.
Can SalesHive replace our CRM?
Start with the CRM you already use. SalesHive includes contacts, deals and meeting tools, plus list building, email, a power dialer and reporting, and it syncs outreach activity into a supported CRM. You can decide later whether to move any part of the work.
Where are SalesHive's SDRs based?
The core SDR team is US-based and remote-first. Offshore SDRs in the Philippines are available as a separate, cost-effective option.
How fast can a managed program launch?
Most programs launch within a month of kickoff, typically in about three weeks, after you approve the team, playbook and messaging.
