Bring us the workflow. We help you build it.
SalesHive is a project-centered AI platform for sales, marketing and operations. Set up projects yourself, or work with our team to scope one workflow, connect the right tools and get the first runs right.
One workflow. Done properly. Then the next.
Implementation starts small on purpose. A single workflow your team can check is worth more than ten that nobody trusts.
- 01
Pick one result worth repeating
Start with a task your team already does by hand every week. We agree on what a good result looks like before anything is automated.
- 02
Map the tools and the context
List the systems the work touches and check which ones connect today. The connector catalog groups apps by category, including CRM and sales, outbound and data, marketing, calls and meetings, finance and accounting, and AI tools.
- 03
Set the permissions
For each connected account, choose whether agents can use it and whether they can make changes. You can also turn individual read and change tools on or off. Connecting an app does not grant every action.
- 04
Write the brief and test a first run
We help write the project instructions, then run it and review the result with you in the project conversation. Nothing becomes recurring until the output holds up.
- 05
Make it recurring
Save the work as a Scheduled Project. It can run on a timer, by hand, when something happens in a connected app or when another schedule finishes. Each run opens its own conversation you can review.
The parts that are easy to get wrong.
Getting the context and permissions right is what makes automated work trustworthy. That is where our team spends its time with you.
A clear project brief
The goal, the sources to use, the rules to follow and what the agent should never do. A good brief is the difference between a useful result and a confident guess.
Connections and access
Help connecting the accounts the work needs, choosing whether a connection is just for you or shared with everyone at your company, and deciding what agents may change.
Explore connected appsCRM sync setup
Supported CRM sync for Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and VanillaSoft, with field mapping, value translation and a record preview to check before you rely on it.
See CRM integrationsReview and refinement
We look at early runs with you, find where the output falls short and tighten the instructions until the work is worth repeating.
Good places to start.
Each of these is small enough to check by hand and useful enough to repeat.
Prepare for the next sales call
Bring the account history, the upcoming meeting and previous notes into a short brief for the rep, with open questions flagged.
Turn a new lead into a useful brief
When a new record arrives in a connected app, research the company and prepare context for the person who will follow up.
Turn customer questions into content
Use approved product facts and real customer questions to outline content, without invented statistics or quotes.
Know what needs attention this week
Summarize task updates into completed, upcoming and blocked work, with owners and dates only where they are recorded.
Illustrative examples to adapt. What a workflow can do depends on the apps you connect, the tools each app offers and the permissions you set.
Automation you can check.
Visible work
Every project run keeps its conversation, sources and results, so you can see what the agent did and why.
Changes only where you allow them
Agents can only write to an app when you turn on changes for that connection. You can pause a connection at any time without disconnecting it.
Run summaries
Choose to get a short email when a scheduled project you are included on finishes.
Built-in limits
Event-started schedules check for new items in batches and have a daily cap, so a busy app cannot flood your workspace with projects.
Want a team to run outbound too?
Managed cold calling and email outreach remain a core SalesHive service. A dedicated strategist and US-based or offshore SDRs run the program on the same platform and book qualified meetings onto your calendar.
Implementation questions.
01Do I need your team to use SalesHive AI?
No. You can start projects, connect apps and schedule recurring work yourself. Implementation help is optional, for teams that want support scoping a workflow and getting the connections, permissions and instructions right.
02What does implementation help cost?
It depends on the workflow and the systems involved, so we confirm the scope and any cost with you on a call before work starts. Managed cold calling and email plans are quoted separately.
03Which apps can SalesHive connect to?
Browse the connector catalog on our integrations page. The reads, changes and triggers available differ by app, and a listed app does not mean every action in that app is supported.
04Can SalesHive replace our CRM?
Start with the CRM you already use. SalesHive has its own contacts, deals and meeting tools and supports CRM sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and VanillaSoft. We review what your team relies on before you decide whether to move any part of the work.
05Will agents change records without asking?
Only in connections where you turn on changes. Each connection has separate switches for letting agents use it and letting them make changes, and you can turn individual tools off. A project without change access can still read and prepare work for your review.
06Can a workflow start when something happens in another app?
Yes, for apps that offer supported triggers. The schedule checks the connected account and starts one project for each new item, within its limits.
07Do you still offer outsourced SDRs and cold calling?
Yes. Managed sales development remains a core SalesHive service, and our team runs it on the same platform you would use for projects.
What would you hand off first?
Bring one recurring task and the tools it touches. We will tell you what can run today and what it takes to set up.
