Overview

Notifications lets you control individual update types without changing your wider workspace settings. Categories start collapsed, and each category shows how many types it contains and how many delivery options are on.

How to use this page

  1. Open notification preferences

From Settings, click Notifications. The page shows a Back to Settings link, a Preferences heading, and a Notification types card.

  2. Expand a category

Click a category header such as Meetings or Platform Updates to reveal its notification types. Click the header again to collapse it. Client accounts see the client-relevant categories and types available to their workspace.

  3. Review a notification type

Each expanded row shows the update label, a short explanation, and only the delivery channels supported by that type. Hover a channel toggle to see whether it is on or off and where that channel delivers. Client users see client-safe updates such as meeting activity, resolved feedback, integration connection problems, and platform announcements.

  4. Turn a channel on or off

Click a channel toggle for the notification type. The change appears immediately while it saves. Hover a channel toggle to review its destination. If the save fails, the toggle returns to its previous state and an error toast appears.
