Overview

Campaign Detail is the control room for one outreach campaign: cadence, calling script, enrolled contacts, reporting, disposition templates, responder documents with per-document use conditions, and contact imports. CSV imports now report both row-level updates and the unique contacts that were touched or enrolled. Call Reporting now uses the shared recording player for calls and sessions, with seek and speed controls plus the existing download actions. The refreshed player uses circular 10-second skip controls and queues skip or seek requests until recording metadata is ready. In Email Cadence, archive the selected Variant A or Variant B independently, review the confirmation details, and restore archived variants from Show archived. The default Call All Active and field-filtered dial pools exclude Asked for Info contacts and Potential Meetings. Potential Meetings include native Interested contacts and migrated PotentialMeeting records, and selecting one from Campaign Detail does not put it into a normal dial session. Use the Potential Meetings page Call action for its dedicated potential-followup scope. Call Asked for Info (N) appears when that status has contacts; it opens an Asked for Info status-scoped dialer when callable contacts exist and stays disabled when safeguards leave none callable. An explicit status row or contact selection can also target Asked for Info. Contacts with a historical Not Right Person or Not Right Person (Sent Info) call result are suppressed from new dial sessions even if an older contact status still looks active. The Email Cadence template editor also offers a Sender merge field named Legacy Closer Signoff, which resolves to a sender signoff when a sender name is available. When Email Campaign Emails or Post-Call Emails is off, select eRep and a contact to generate a non-sending preview. Previewing does not enable the sequence, delete queued emails, or create cadence rows; enable the sequence before live cadence generation. Meeting Set call details now label the booking timestamp Booked Date. Future scheduled times belong in Meeting Date & Time. On the SalesHive Testing deal, simulator training prospects have their own QA queue. Use Call Training Prospects (N) to open the dialer with only that roster; their CRM statuses do not change normal campaign readiness counts. The recycle window is based on completed outbound campaign calls, so inbound callbacks and dialing or skipped records do not cool a prospect down. Ready now and Call All Active use the same blocklist, ownership, cross-session claim, recycle, and max-dial gates as the dialer. A contact can remain enrolled while excluded from the current callable pool. Dashboard, Call Reporting, and session summaries now count real outbound dials only, so in-progress dialing and operator-skipped markers do not inflate campaign totals. The Email Cadence flow also keeps approved campaign hyperlinks intact when eRep creates or regenerates personalized copy, and the dial section exposes a dedicated meeting-rescheduling follow-up path when needed. The Start a Dial Session panel also summarizes the callable company mix, including a warning when one company represents a dominant share of the current queue. In Settings, campaign settings autosave and briefly confirm with a Settings saved toast. Campaign Settings also includes an optional Post-Meeting Owner Status Email that asks the assigned meeting owner for the outcome after a scheduled meeting. The Contacts tab also lets you expand a row to review recent calls and emails for that contact across the client. Export CSV now opens a Choose Export Fields dialog before downloading. Search the available standard, custom, activity, campaign, validation, meeting, source, and system fields, then use Select all, Clear all, or individual checkboxes to choose the columns for the current campaign view. Employees can also apply the selected sender pool across every non-archived campaign for the client, and Call Selected prepares a secure server-side selection before opening the dialer so large selections do not create oversized URLs. New campaigns arrive with every active same-deal Sender mailbox linked by default. Primary and SDR accounts remain available for manual selection, while inactive and cross-deal accounts are excluded from that creation default. On the Florida Insure and Pandora CloudCover pilot deals, authorized internal SDRs and SDR managers can expand a read-only Legacy origin panel on Contacts. It shows verified legacy source associations plus retained active-contact tags and list labels with counts; clients and unrelated roles do not receive this panel. The Contacts filter panel now lets you choose Property logic when multiple property rules are present: All (AND) requires every rule, while Any (OR) keeps contacts matching at least one rule. Comma-separated values inside one text rule still match any value. Campaign-level disposition overrides can also store reusable Asked for Info documents, while campaigns using client defaults inherit those documents from Email Templates. Email Analytics distinguishes opens that were measured from sends where open tracking was not active. When open tracking is unavailable, the Opens card says Not tracked, the chart omits opens, and per-step and per-template open rates show Not tracked instead of implying zero opens. Employees who can manage campaigns can enable open tracking for future sends from that card. Signature previews use the selected sender account's name, email, title, and phone, including {{senderPhone}} when the signature contains that tag. Cadence Performance and each single-variant template card distinguish emails sent here from history carried in when contacts move between campaigns. Pending work remains deliverable after a move and is marked as carried when applicable.

How to use this page

  1. Navigate the campaign tabs

Dashboard (KPI band + timeline), Email Cadence, Calling Script, Contacts, Settings, Call Reporting, Email Reporting. Tab is remembered in the URL. Use Settings for general campaign controls, including recycle days, call timeout, max dials, and other campaign-level settings. On the Florida Insure and Pandora CloudCover pilot deals, authorized internal SDRs and SDR managers can open the Contacts tab to review the read-only Legacy origin panel.

  2. Set campaign calling hours

Review the campaign calling-hours policy in Settings. The standard SalesHive window is 8:00 AM through 5:30 PM in the prospect's local time, with a 5:30 PM Pacific platform cutoff and any stricter DNC.com legal windows still applied.

  3. Configure post-meeting owner status emails

In Settings, turn on `Post-Meeting Owner Status Email` to ask the assigned meeting owner for the outcome after a scheduled meeting. Set the delay in minutes, edit the subject, and write the rich-text body. The control starts off for every campaign and campaign settings autosave. Only meetings that occur after the switch is enabled are eligible. Cancelled or rescheduling meetings, inactive owners, missing owner emails, and meetings more than seven days old are skipped. Available fields are `{OwnerName}`, `{FirstName}`, `{LastName}`, `{Company}`, `{MeetingDate}`, `{MeetingTime}`, `{MeetingDescription}`, and `{SenderName}`. Each meeting receives one claimed send attempt, and sent or failed outcomes are recorded in Activity.

  4. Read the Dashboard KPIs

The Dashboard shows Talks, Connect Rate, Avg Call Length, Sessions Logged, and Meetings Held. Headline totals already appear in the stat band above. Call and connect metrics use counted outbound dials, not in-progress or skipped session markers. Before the readiness strip, the dial section shows how many callable contacts span how many companies, how many lack company data, and a warning when one company dominates the current callable queue.

  5. Duplicate or archive the campaign

`Duplicate` in the header copies cadence + scripts (not contacts). Playbook campaigns confirm first. `Archive` stops sends/dialing (with confirmation), unarchive any time.

  6. Edit the email cadence

Expand a step to edit subject/body. `On/Paused` toggle per variant pauses it (copy preserved). All variants paused = step skipped. Use the per-variant Archive Variant A or Archive Variant B control to soft-archive only the selected variant; other variants stay active. In the rich-text editor, click `Fields` to insert merge variables. The Sender group includes `Legacy Closer Signoff` (`{Closer}`), which resolves to `Kind Regards,` followed by the campaign sender name when a sender name is available in previews and test sends. When the selected sequence is off, switch to eRep to use the preview-only path. Select a contact, click Generate Preview, or use Regenerate preview after a preview exists. The result is marked Preview only and is transient, so it does not send, enable the sequence, delete queued emails, or create cadence rows. Approved hyperlinks from active campaign templates remain working links when eRep generates or regenerates eRep cadence copy. When a template has activity, its compact totals label emails sent after the contact entered this campaign as Sent here. Earlier sent history moved with the contact appears separately as prior sent carried. Pending remains the full queued count, with a carried count in parentheses when moved pending emails can still send while the campaign is active.

  7. Preview eRep email copy without sending

In Email Cadence, select the Email Campaign Emails or Post-Call Emails sequence, choose eRep, and select a contact. Click Generate Preview while the sequence is off, then use Regenerate preview if you change the instructions. The preview is clearly labeled Preview only and is not persisted as cadence rows or sent. Turn the sequence on before live cadence generation. Approved campaign hyperlinks from the active sequence remain intact in the generated preview. The rendered signature preview also resolves sender name, email, title, and phone from the selected sender account, including {{senderPhone}}.

  8. Open the meeting-rescheduling follow-up queue

When the dial section shows `Call Rescheduling (N)`, click it to open the dialer with the dedicated `meeting-followup` scope and the `meeting_rescheduling` status selected. This keeps rescheduling calls separate from the normal active pool.

  9. Call Asked for Info contacts

When the dial section shows Call Asked for Info (N), click it to open the dialer with the asked_for_info status selected. The count is the number currently callable under campaign safeguards, and the button is disabled when none pass those checks. This status-specific path stays separate from Call All Active.

  10. Use merge fields in email templates

In an email template Body editor, click `Fields` and choose a token from the Contact, Sender, or Company group. `Legacy Closer Signoff` inserts `{Closer}`; previews and test sends resolve it to `Kind Regards,` followed by the campaign sender name when available. Use `Fix variables` to normalize recognized token formats.

  11. Pause or resume a variant

Toggle per variant. Paused shows a label; resume by toggling again.

  12. Add variants and run A/B tests

Click `Add Variant B` below a step. Each variant gets its own toggle, stats, and reply rate.

  13. Set the automated email daily limit

`Daily Send Limit` in cadence settings. Blank = auto mode (per-sender throttle). Number = hard cap.

  14. Set custom gaps per step with Per-Step Days Between

When >1 step, one input per destination step. Override the global `Min Days Between` per hop. Blank = inherits global (shown as placeholder). Gap measured from last email actually sent.

  15. Browse and search enrolled contacts

Search box filters the full enrolled campaign on the server and updates the matching total. The count reads "N matching contacts" and shows Filtering... while the full campaign is checked. Click a row to open. Use `Filters`, `Columns`, `Export CSV`. For large campaigns the server returns the first 250 contacts in the current full-campaign view; `Load More` fetches the next page of matching contacts. Once loaded, a 250-row rendering cap applies with `Show all` to expand. Selection and export use the current filtered view, while dialing carries the view rules into the server-built dialer queue. Tick checkboxes next to contacts to reveal a Call Selected button that opens the dialer on just those contacts; if any were called within the recycle window, you get a confirm prompt before the dialer opens (see the Call Selected button and the re-dial FAQ below). The default Call All Active and Call Filtered View pools leave Asked for Info and Potential Meetings out. Potential Meetings include native Interested contacts and migrated PotentialMeeting records, and selecting one here does not reintroduce it to a normal campaign dial session. Use the Potential Meetings page Call action for its dedicated potential-followup scope. Use the Asked for Info status row or an explicit contact selection when you need that status. Historical Not Right Person call results remain suppressed from new dial sessions. When the selected Testing deal has callable simulator training prospects, the dial section also shows Call Training Prospects (N), which opens the separate training-prospect QA scope. Click or keyboard-activate a contact row to expand its Recent outreach panel. The panel loads the latest calls and emails across this client without leaving the campaign. Export CSV opens Choose Export Fields before the download. Search the field list, keep or clear the default selections, and export only the checked columns while preserving the current search and filter view. On an authorized pilot campaign, expand Legacy origin above the contact toolbar to review verified associations and the retained tag and list labels counted from active campaign contacts. The panel is read-only and does not change enrollment.

  16. Filter the contact list

`Filters` panel builds segments by field, activity, blacklist, custom field. The footer checks the full campaign and shows the matching count. `Add property` stacks rules. When two or more property rules are present, Property logic offers All (AND) to require every rule or Any (OR) to keep contacts matching at least one. Comma-separated values within one text operator still match any value. `Clear All` resets to one blank rule. Applied rules show as chips. Saved views on Campaign Detail are scoped to this campaign. Older shared campaign filters appear under Older shared filters and can be copied into the current campaign when they belong here.

  17. See and clear active filters from the chips row

`Filtered` row under toolbar shows one chip per rule + search term. Click `x` on a chip to remove that rule. `Clear all` wipes everything.

  18. Import contacts with the CSV mapper

Open Contacts, click Add Contacts, and choose Import CSV. The mapper auto-maps columns, supports column search, and does not require an email when a row has a personal phone, a real name, a company phone, or a company and title. Placeholder names such as '-' and 'n/a' are ignored. Rows dedupe by normalized email, personal phone, real name plus company, company phone plus an available address, or company plus title plus an available address. At confirmation, choose whether to move contacts already in another campaign. The result summary distinguishes Created, Updated, Unique contacts, Enrolled, Duplicate rows in file, and Already in this campaign, and explains when one row matched a contact seen earlier in the same file.

  19. Manage call scripts

Edit custom sections in the Calling Script tab. Preserved across regenerations; revision history tracks versions. The editor shows standard variable chips and any client contact custom fields. Click a chip to copy its readable token; custom tokens resolve from the contact during the call, and missing, blank, array, or object values render blank.

  20. Find a call in Call Reporting

Open the Calling Reporting tab, then the Calls sub-tab. Search by contact, company, SDR, or dialed number. Additionally filter by date range: use the From and To date pickers to narrow calls to a specific window. A Clear button resets the date filters. The result dropdown filters to one result (only results present, with live count). Call Reporting recording rows use the shared player with Play/Pause, circular 10-second skip-back and skip-forward buttons, a seek bar, a timer, and a playback speed selector from 0.75x to 2x, with 1x labeled Normal. Campaign Detail also keeps the Download recording control beside the player. The Calls count and reporting totals exclude dialing and skipped markers and represent outbound dials.

  21. Browse dial sessions in Call Reporting

Open the Sessions sub-tab in Call Reporting to view live and past dial sessions. Filter sessions by date range with the From and To date pickers. A Clear button resets the date filters. Toggle `On call now` to see only active sessions. Click `Supervise` to join a session in Shadow, Guide, or Join-In mode. Recording rows use the same shared player, and the session view keeps its supervision controls. Session dials and call rows use the same counted-outbound rule, so skipped or still-dialing markers are not included.

  22. Find an email in Email Reporting

Open the Email Reporting tab and navigate to the Email Analytics, Clicks, or Deliverability sub-tab. Search by contact, company, address, subject, or SDR with live count. Click a row to open. Filter analytics and deliverability data by date: set From and To dates for a custom range alongside the 7d/30d/90d/180d preset buttons (presets clear the custom dates). The Clicks tab has its own From/To date inputs that filter click events by date. In Email Analytics, the Opens card and open-rate denominators use only sends with open tracking. Sends from before tracking was enabled are not treated as tracked; if none are tracked, the card says Not tracked and the chart leaves out the Opens series.

  23. Read Email Analytics open tracking

Open the Email Reporting tab and choose Email Analytics. Use the 7d, 30d, 90d, or 180d range, a custom From and To range, and the Sequence selector as needed. The Opens card shows Not tracked when no sends in the range were measured for opens. Per cadence-step and per-template rows show N/A and Not tracked in that state, and the daily chart removes the Opens series. When tracking is off and you can manage campaigns, click Enable tracking to turn it on for future sends; the page confirms the change with a toast.

  24. Override the disposition follow-up emails for this campaign

Disposition templates card at bottom of Settings. Default: toggle `Override client disposition templates` is OFF (uses client default). Turn ON to reveal per-campaign editor with call follow-up and meeting-booked groups. If you turn the override on, this campaign uses its own disposition templates. The Asked for Info row can include reusable PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, or text documents through Attach documents, up to five files, 20 MB each and 25 MB total. With the override off, the campaign inherits the client template and its reusable documents.

  25. Write a disposition template

With override ON, toggle a row on to expand editor: Subject, rich-text Body with merge fields, send-mode choice (`Send automatically` or `Rep sends manually`). Meeting templates always manual. The Asked for Info row also has an Attach documents control for reusable files that are included whenever this campaign-level follow-up sends.

  26. Control the AI responder reference documents

On the Settings tab, the AI Responder Reference Documents section lists client documents marked for the responder on the Onboarding, Documents page. Checked documents are available to this campaign by default, and the count shows how many of how many are selected. For each checked document, use the Use this document when controls to keep the default Any other relevant collateral need behavior or choose a specific condition: they ask for information, they book or confirm a meeting, they ask for pricing, they ask for proof or results, or they ask for specific details. Multiple specific conditions work as OR. If no condition is selected, that document is not used in generated replies. Reset trigger rules restores the whenever-relevant default, while Reset documents to all clears the campaign document override. The choices save automatically and apply when an inbound reply is reliably attributed to this campaign. If no documents are marked for the responder, the section points you to Onboarding, Documents.

  27. Archive and restore an email variant

On the Email Cadence tab, select Variant A or Variant B, then click Archive Variant A or Archive Variant B. Confirm the sequence, any last-active-variant warning, and the queued-email note. Archiving soft-removes that variant from active templates; already queued emails keep their saved copy and are not removed. If it was the last active variant for the step, future cadence generation has no template for that step until you restore it. Open Show archived to see the archived variant and click Restore.

  28. Review Meeting Set details

When a call is marked Meeting Set, expand its meeting details. The field labeled Booked Date records when the meeting was booked and cannot be set to a future date. Use Meeting Date & Time for the future scheduled slot.

  29. Run the training-prospect QA queue

On the SalesHive Testing deal, click Call Training Prospects (N) to open a dialer session scoped only to the simulator training roster. Their CRM statuses do not affect the normal Call All Active or Ready now counts, and the dedicated scope keeps QA calls separate from ordinary outreach.

  30. Review a contact's recent outreach

Click a contact row, or focus it and press Enter or Space, to open Recent outreach. Review the latest calls and emails, including the campaign, user, call duration, timestamps, summaries, and email engagement badges. Click the panel header or the row again to collapse it.

  31. Apply a sender pool to all campaigns

In the campaign email sender section, select the sender accounts that should be used. Employees can click Apply selected to all campaigns, confirm the replacement, and apply that exact sender set to every non-archived campaign for the current client. This changes sender aliases only, not SDR assignments, and the button stays unavailable until at least one sender is selected. New campaigns start with every active same-deal Sender mailbox linked. Primary and SDR accounts are available for manual selection, but are not part of that automatic creation default. Each sender account carries its configured name, title, and phone for signature merge tags when that account is used.

  32. Call selected contacts

On the Contacts tab, select contacts and click Call Selected. SalesHive prepares a short-lived, deal-scoped server selection and opens the dialer with Preparing Dialer while it loads. This avoids a long URL for large selections and keeps the existing enrollment, status, DNC, recycle, and callability safeguards in place.

  33. Review Legacy origin on pilot campaigns

On a Florida Insure or Pandora CloudCover pilot campaign, open Contacts and expand Legacy origin. The read-only panel groups verified associations, retained contact tags, and retained contact lists. Tag and list groups show the number of active campaign contacts carrying each label, and long groups show the first 30 labels plus a count of additional retained labels. The panel is available to internal SDRs and SDR managers, not clients or unrelated roles.

  34. Read cadence performance after contacts move

Below Email Templates, Cadence Performance breaks each step and variant into Total, Sent here, Prior sent, Replies, Reply %, Pending, Skipped, and Cancelled. Sent here counts emails created after this campaign began. Prior sent is read-only history from before contacts moved into this campaign. Pending includes carried pending emails because they can still send when the campaign is active.

What the buttons do

Duplicate
Copies campaign (cadence + scripts, not contacts). Playbook campaigns confirm first.
Archive / Unarchive
Stops sends/dialing (with confirmation). Unarchive any time. Hidden on playbook campaigns.
Activate / Pause toggle
Flips Active/Paused. Error toast on rejection.
Contacts search box
Filters enrolled list in real-time across name, email, company, etc. Search is checked against the full campaign, not only the rows already loaded in the browser.
Contact count badge
Shows the full-campaign result as N matching contacts, with Filtering... while a search or filter request is in progress.
Filters (Contacts tab)
Segment builder with Add property, Property logic for All (AND) or Any (OR) across multiple rules, Apply, and Clear All.
Columns
Picker to choose/reorder visible fields.
Filter panel count
Shows the matching count across the full campaign, not just the first page of contacts.
Active filter chips
Filtered row under toolbar, one chip per rule. Click x to remove.
Clear all (chips row)
Wipes all filters and search.
Export CSV
Opens Choose Export Fields so you can search and select the columns to include, then downloads the contacts in the current view.
Load More (contacts)
Fetches the next page of contacts matching the current full-campaign search, filters, and status view (250 per page). Shows the loaded count against the matching total.
Show all (contacts)
Expands the visible rows beyond the 250-row rendering cap. Applies after contacts are loaded client-side; separate from Load More which fetches from the server.
Variant On/Paused toggle
Pauses/resumes a single variant.
Send Test
Sends test variant to yourself. Available to both employees and client users.
Add Variant B
Second variant for A/B testing.
Min Days Between
Global gap between steps.
Daily Send Limit
Caps per-day sends (blank = auto mode).
Per-Step Days Between
Per-hop gap override.
Import CSV
Opens the campaign CSV mapper and confirmation flow. Email is optional when another supported identity is present; the result summary reports row-level dedupe, address-aware unique contacts, enrollment, and campaign conflicts.
Sender account checkboxes
Link/unlink sender accounts. Available to employees and platform-only (self-serve) clients; disabled for managed-service clients (who can still view the list and send test emails). A newly created campaign starts with active same-deal Sender mailboxes linked; Primary and SDR accounts remain available for manual selection. Sender name, title, and phone values are available to signature previews and send-time resolution.
Override client disposition templates
Toggle between client default and per-campaign templates.
Disposition template toggle
Per-disposition row toggle inside the override editor.
Send automatically / Rep sends manually
Per-disposition send mode.
Save templates
Saves per-campaign disposition edits. For an Asked for Info override, this also persists its reusable documents.
AI Responder Reference Documents checkboxes
On the Settings tab, choose which client documents marked for the responder are available to this campaign. Each selected document can use the default whenever-relevant rule or specific use conditions, and selecting no conditions disables that document for generated replies. Auto-saves with the rest of the settings.
Reset documents to all
Clears the campaign document override so it inherits every deal-level document marked for the responder.
Supervise session
Shadow/Guide/Join-In modes on active dial sessions.
Call search + result filter
Search/dropdown in Call Reporting. The result count represents counted outbound dials and excludes dialing or skipped markers.
Call date From / To
Date range pickers filtering the Calls tab by calledAt. Clear button resets.
Session date From / To
Date range pickers filtering the Sessions tab by startedAt. Clear button resets.
Email analytics date From / To

Deliverability date From / To
Custom date range inputs alongside 7d/30d/90d/180d presets on Deliverability tab. Clear button resets.
Clicks date From / To
Date range inputs filtering the Clicks tab by click/event date. Clear button resets.
Email search
Search in Email Reporting with live match count.
Company State column (Contacts tab)
An optional column on the Contacts tab, toggled on via the column picker. Off by default. Displays the state from the contact's company record and is not sortable.
Call All Active (N)
Toolbar button on the Contacts tab that opens the active, recycle-eligible pool. The (N) counts contacts in ACTIVE statuses that are callable now under the recycle window, excluding Asked for Info, Potential Meetings, and contacts suppressed by historical Not Right Person call results, so it matches the automatic pool the dialer can deliver. Potential Meetings include native Interested contacts and migrated PotentialMeeting records. Relabels to Call Filtered View (N) when a field filter or search narrows the list, or Call Selected (N) when specific rows are ticked. Use the Potential Meetings page for its dedicated potential-followup call path and an explicit Asked for Info status row or contact selection when you need that status. Disabled when the count is zero. The Contacts toolbar also offers Dial This View (N), which sends the full campaign view rules to the dialer instead of sending a client-side list of contact IDs. On Hold meetings are excluded from this normal active count; use Booked Meetings or Contact Detail for their meeting-followup call path.
Ready now (dial-readiness strip)
Read-only summary strip under the Contacts toolbar. In the default view, Ready now shows the same active-callable count as Call All Active, excluding Asked for Info, Potential Meetings, and contacts suppressed by historical Not Right Person call results. When a status or field filter is active, it updates to that explicitly narrowed pool. Cooling down shows active contacts still inside the recycle window, and Next focus breaks the ready count down by status group (or notes training prospects on test deals).
Call Selected (selection cluster)
Appears in the selection action cluster when one or more contacts are ticked. Opens the dialer on just the selected contacts (passes ?contacts=...), which bypasses the campaign recycle window for that dial. Asked for Info can be reached through this explicit selection, but Potential Meetings remain excluded from a normal selected session and should be called from the Potential Meetings page, which opens the dedicated potential-followup scope. Contacts with historical Not Right Person call results remain suppressed. If any selected contact was called within the recycle window, a confirm prompt asks "Re-dial recently called contact?" with Call anyway / Cancel before the dialer opens. Terminal statuses, the shared blocklist, phone-type, time-zone, DNC, and the per-contact maxDials cap still apply.
Call Reporting recording player
Call Reporting recording rows use the shared player with Play/Pause, circular 10-second skip-back and skip-forward buttons, a seek bar, a timer, and a playback speed selector from 0.75x to 2x, with 1x labeled Normal. Campaign Detail also keeps the Download recording control beside the player. Playback starts at Normal (1x) for each recording. Choose another speed from 0.75x to 2x when needed. Speed choices are not saved between recordings or page visits.
Reset trigger rules
Clears campaign-specific responder trigger rules so selected documents return to the default whenever-relevant behavior.
Use this document when
Per-document conditions for responder reference use: any relevant collateral need, an information request, a booked or confirmed meeting, pricing, proof or results, or specific details. Multiple specific conditions are OR; no selected condition disables the document.
Archive Variant A / Archive Variant B
Soft-archives the selected email variant after a confirmation. The other variant remains active; queued emails keep their saved copy.
Show archived
Expands archived email variants so you can review them and use Restore.
Restore
Restores an archived email variant to the active cadence.
Fields (email template editor)
Opens merge variables grouped by Contact, Sender, and Company. The Sender group includes Legacy Closer Signoff, which inserts `{Closer}`.
Generate Preview (eRep)
Creates transient, non-sending eRep steps for the selected contact, including when the selected sequence is disabled. It does not enable the sequence, delete queued emails, or create cadence rows. Approved campaign hyperlinks remain intact in the generated output. Signature merge tags, including {{senderPhone}}, resolve from the selected sender account when a signature is shown.
Regenerate preview (eRep)
Rebuilds the selected contact preview with the current sequence instructions. The result remains preview-only until the sequence is enabled for live generation. Approved campaign hyperlinks remain intact after regeneration.
Preview only status
Marks steps returned by a disabled-sequence eRep preview as transient, non-sending content.
Booked Date (Meeting Details)
Records when a Meeting Set booking was made. It cannot be set to a future date; use Meeting Date & Time for the scheduled meeting slot.
Call Training Prospects (N)
Open a dialer session containing only callable simulator training prospects on the SalesHive Testing deal. Their CRM statuses do not affect normal campaign readiness counts.
Call Rescheduling (N)
Opens the dialer in the dedicated meeting-followup scope with meeting_rescheduling selected, so rescheduling calls stay separate from the normal active pool.
Call Asked for Info (N)
Opens the dialer with Asked for Info selected when callable contacts exist. The count shows the callable subset, and the button is disabled when none pass campaign safeguards.
Callable company summary
Appears below the dial buttons when contacts are callable. Shows the callable contact total, distinct company count, and contacts without company data. When one company represents a dominant share of the current queue, an amber warning names it and gives its percentage and contact count.
Settings saved (toast)
Brief confirmation that a changed campaign setting, was saved automatically.
Post-Meeting Owner Status Email
Campaign-specific Settings control. Turn it on to ask the assigned meeting owner for the outcome after a scheduled meeting.
Post-meeting owner email fields
Set the delay in minutes, subject, and rich-text body. The body supports the listed meeting, contact, owner, and sender merge fields.
Recent outreach row
Expands or collapses a contact row to load the latest calls and emails across the selected client. The contact name link still opens the contact record.
Dial This View (N)
Builds a dialer queue from the full campaign view, carrying its search, field filters, and active statuses. The dialer then reapplies recycle, ownership, active-session, blocklist, phone, DNC, calling-hours, and max-dial safeguards.
Campaign-scoped saved views
Saved filters created on this campaign are available only in this campaign. Older shared campaign filters can be copied into the campaign-specific list after you confirm they belong here.
Choose Export Fields
Searches and groups the available campaign export columns. Select or clear individual fields, use Select all or Clear all, then click Export CSV.
Calling Script variable chips
Copies standard variables or readable contact custom-field tokens from the Calling Script tab. Custom values resolve for each contact during the call.
Apply selected to all campaigns
Employees only. Replace the sender account selection on every non-archived campaign for the current client after confirmation.
Call Selected
Prepare the selected contacts on the server and open the dialer. The server selection is short-lived and bound to the current user, deal, and campaign.
Legacy origin (Contacts)
On the Florida Insure and Pandora CloudCover pilot campaigns, opens a read-only migration context panel with verified associations, retained contact tags, and retained contact lists counted from active campaign contacts.
Property logic (All AND / Any OR)
When the Contacts filter panel has multiple property rules, All (AND) requires every rule and Any (OR) keeps contacts matching at least one. Commas within one text rule still match any value.
Attach documents (campaign Asked for Info)
Adds reusable PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, or text documents to this campaign's Asked for Info override. Supports up to five files, 20 MB per file, and 25 MB total.
Enable tracking (Email Analytics)
Employees who can manage campaigns turn on open tracking for future sends from the Opens stat card.
Opens stat card
Shows measured opens and a tracked-send denominator, or Not tracked when the selected range has no tracked sends.
Cadence Performance, Sent here / Prior sent
Separates delivery created in this campaign from sent history carried with contacts that moved in. Prior sent is historical context, while carried pending emails remain eligible to send when the campaign is active.

Common questions

Was a silent save failure. Page now shows error toast on rejections (status toggle, archive, contact changes, call results, meeting edits). If you see one, the change didn't save, try again.
The Filtered chips row under the toolbar. Each chip spells out one rule in plain language. Only appears when something is narrowing the list.
Click the `x` on that rule's chip. Clears only that rule. Use `Clear all` to wipe everything.
"N contacts" for full list. "N of M" (matching of total) when search/filter trims it.
The Filter panel footer checks the full campaign and shows the matching count, even when only the first page is loaded. The Contacts badge shows the same full-campaign result after the request completes.
No. Clear All leaves one fresh blank rule row. Just pick a field.
Use Per-Step Days Between editor below the cadence settings row. One input per step. Set a custom gap for just that hop.
Falls back to the global Min Days Between (shown as faint placeholder).
From the most recent email actually sent.
Client level: Settings > Email Templates (shared default). Campaign level: Settings tab > Disposition templates card > toggle on Override client disposition templates.
The override toggle is the single source of truth. When on, rows you toggle on use campaign-level wording; rows left off inherit client default. Toggle off to revert fully.
Hidden until you switch on `Override client disposition templates` toggle in Settings > Disposition templates card.
Auto fires on disposition confirm. Manual pre-fills for rep review + click. Meeting emails are always manual.
Cadence = automated drip on a schedule. Disposition = one-off emails SDRs send from the dialer.
Pauses/resumes a variant. Paused variants skipped at send time, copy preserved. All paused = step skipped.
Pause all variants on that step. No single pause-all button; toggle each variant individually.
Search box filters column headers and mapped field names as you type.
Rows with the same normalized email merge into one contact, with the latest row's non-key values winning. Rows without email can use a normalized personal phone, real name plus company, company phone plus an available address, or company plus title plus an available address. Placeholder names such as '-' and 'n/a' are ignored, and repeated matches in one file count as duplicate rows while the contact is updated only once for enrollment.
Edit in Calling Script tab. Custom sections preserved across regenerations; revision history saves versions.
Replaced by Supervise session panel in Call Reporting > Dial Sessions. Shadow/Guide/Join-In modes auto-reconnect to next live call.
Blank = auto mode (per-sender throttle). Number = hard cap overriding individual throttles.
Yes. Tab is in the URL, so you can bookmark/share a specific tab link.
Click `Duplicate` in the header. Copies cadence + scripts (not contacts). Playbook campaigns ask confirmation.
Two things can limit what you see. For large campaigns the server checks the full campaign but returns the first 250 matching contacts to keep the page fast; click `Load More` to fetch the next matching page (shows "Showing N of M matching contacts"). Once contacts are loaded, a separate 250-row rendering cap keeps the table responsive; click `Show all` to expand the visible rows. In both cases, the full-campaign count and filter request are not limited to the first page. Dial This View carries the view rules into the server-built dialer queue, while Export CSV uses the current view.
Call Reporting: search by contact/company/SDR/number + result dropdown filter. Also filter calls by date range with the From/To date pickers. Email Reporting: search by contact/company/address/subject/SDR. Filter analytics, deliverability, or clicks by date range with custom From/To inputs. Both show live match count.
Total counts every email ever sent, including to contacts since removed. Matches the Dashboard figure.
Yes. Commas act as OR within a single text operator such as Contains or Equals. If you add separate property rules, use Property logic: All (AND) requires every rule, while Any (OR) matches at least one rule.
In the Calls tab under Call Reporting, use the From and To date pickers next to the search box. Enter a start and end date to narrow the call logs. Click `Clear dates` to reset.
In the Sessions tab under Call Reporting, use the From and To date pickers above the sessions table. Click `Clear` to reset.
Email Analytics and Deliverability tabs have 7d, 30d, 90d, and 180d preset buttons plus custom From/To date inputs. The Clicks tab has its own From/To date inputs. Setting custom dates overrides the presets; clicking a preset clears the custom dates.
Yes. A row can be imported with a personal phone, a real first or last name, a company phone, or a company and title. Rows with no usable email, phone, name, company phone, company, or title are skipped and counted as Skipped (no identity).
Yes. All client users can view the sender accounts list and send test emails. Platform-only (self-serve) clients can also link and unlink sender accounts (the Deliverability tab is visible too). Managed-service clients have the checkboxes disabled so they cannot attempt toggles that would fail, and the Deliverability tab is hidden.
Yes. Open the column picker on the contacts table and toggle on Company State. It is off by default. The column shows the state from the contact's company record (via their platform contact data) and is not sortable, so you cannot click its header to sort by it. Toggle it off to hide it again.
Yes. Platform-only (self-serve) clients get the full management surface on their own campaigns: they can create, edit, pause, duplicate, split, combine, archive, enroll contacts, assign SDRs, generate copy, manage sender accounts, and see the Deliverability tab. Managed-service clients see the campaign but management actions are restricted. Employees always have full access.
Call Selected opens the dialer on just the contacts you ticked, and that path bypasses the campaign recycle window so a prospect you called recently is still dialable. To keep that override deliberate, the page confirms first if any of the selected contacts were called within the recycle window (it tells you how many of how many). Click Call anyway to open the dialer on them, or Cancel to go back. Only the per-selection Call Selected path is guarded; the toolbar Call All Active and Call Filtered buttons are not, because Call Filtered already passes only recycle-eligible ids and Call All Active dials by status (no per-contact override).
The section controls which client onboarding documents the AI email responder can use for this campaign. It lists documents marked for the responder on Onboarding, Documents. Checked documents are selected by default. Each selected document has a Use this document when control: keep Any other relevant collateral need for the legacy whenever-relevant behavior, or choose a specific condition such as an information request, booked or confirmed meeting, pricing, proof or results, or specific details. Multiple specific conditions are OR, and no selected condition disables that document. The section applies when an inbound reply is reliably attributed to this campaign.
The deal-level Responder toggle on Onboarding, Documents decides which documents are available to the responder at all. This campaign section decides which available documents it uses and, independently, when each selected document is eligible. With the default document selection and no trigger override, the campaign inherits all deal-level marked documents and uses each whenever relevant. Reset documents to all restores the document set; Reset trigger rules restores whenever-relevant behavior. A stale document id cannot pull in a document no longer marked at the deal level.
No documents have been marked for the AI responder for this client yet. The section shows a note pointing you to the Onboarding, Documents page, where you turn on the Responder toggle on each document you want the responder to be able to consult. Once at least one is marked, the checkboxes appear here.
The Call All Active (N) and Ready now counts reflect the default automatic pool: contacts in active statuses that are callable under the recycle window, but not Asked for Info or contacts suppressed by historical Not Right Person or Not Right Person (Sent Info) call results. Asked for Info remains available when you explicitly click its status row or select the contact, while suppressed Not Right Person records stay out of new sessions. Other non-active but still-dialable statuses, including unresponsive and meeting-followup statuses, are also not bundled into the default count; use an explicit status or follow-up path when needed. simulator training prospects are counted separately under Call Training Prospects, not in the normal readiness total. The readiness snapshot also applies contact and company-domain blocklists, SDR ownership, active-session claims, and the per-contact max-dial cap, so enrollment is not the same as callable readiness.
Created and Updated count row-level contact writes. Unique contacts counts distinct contacts touched after within-file and deal-level dedupe. Duplicate rows in file counts rows that matched a contact already seen earlier in the same file. Enrolled counts new enrollments, while Already in this campaign counts contacts already enrolled in the target campaign.
Use the separate download icon to save the MP3. Playback starts at Normal (1x) for each recording. Choose another speed from 0.75x to 2x when needed. Speed choices are not saved between recordings or page visits.
Yes. If the recording metadata is still loading, the player queues a skip or seek and applies it as soon as the duration is ready. You can use the circular 10-second skip controls, seek bar, Play/Pause, and speed selector without waiting for playback to start.
Select a document, then choose Any other relevant collateral need or one or more specific conditions under Use this document when. The specific options cover information requests, booked or confirmed meetings, pricing, proof or results, and specific details. Multiple specific options are OR. If the list is empty, the document is excluded from generated replies. Reset trigger rules returns the document to whenever-relevant behavior.
Yes. Select Variant A or Variant B in the Email Cadence editor and archive that variant independently. Other variants remain active, and the archived variant stays available under Show archived.
Already queued emails keep their saved copy and are not removed by archiving the variant. The confirmation explains this before you proceed.
The step has no active template for future cadence generation until you restore a variant. The confirmation warns you when the selected variant is the last active one for that step.
The page keeps the automatic pool focused. Asked for Info is visible in the status table but is excluded from Call All Active and field-filtered Call Filtered pools; click its status row or explicitly select the contact to target it. Potential Meetings are also excluded from normal active, filtered, selected, and called-today campaign paths. That group includes native Interested contacts and migrated PotentialMeeting records. Use the Potential Meetings page Call action for the dedicated potential-followup scope. A contact with a historical Not Right Person or Not Right Person (Sent Info) call result is suppressed from new dial sessions, even if its migrated contact status still looks active. New Not Right Person dispositions set the contact to Unqualified. The same gates also remove blocklisted, owned-by-another-SDR, already-claimed, or maxed-out contacts from the readiness count.
In the Email Cadence template editor, open Fields and choose Legacy Closer Signoff. It inserts `{Closer}`. When the campaign has a sender name, previews, test sends, and generated cadence emails resolve it to `Kind Regards,` followed by that sender name.
Yes. In Email Cadence, select the disabled Email Campaign Emails or Post-Call Emails sequence, choose eRep, select a contact, and click Generate Preview. The page labels the result Preview only. Enable the sequence before live cadence generation.
No. A disabled-sequence eRep preview is transient and never sends, enables the sequence, deletes queued emails, or creates saved cadence rows. Reset pending emails is a separate action that deletes queued future emails after confirmation.
Booked Date records when the meeting was booked. Meeting Date & Time records the scheduled meeting slot, which may be in the future. The booking date cannot be set to a future date.
Campaign Detail keeps Potential Meetings out of the regular campaign dial pool so the normal Call All Active, Call Filtered, Call Selected, and called-today counts do not mix them with cold outreach. This includes native Interested contacts and migrated PotentialMeeting records. To call one, use its Call action on the Potential Meetings page, which opens the dedicated potential-followup scope. Booked and inbound callback scopes remain separate explicit paths.
On the SalesHive Testing deal, simulator training prospects use a separate QA queue so test calls do not mix with ordinary outreach. Click Call Training Prospects (N) to open the training-prospect dialer scope; their CRM statuses do not affect the normal Call All Active or Ready now counts.
Only a completed outbound campaign call starts the recycle window. Inbound callbacks and call-log states that are still dialing or were skipped do not cool a contact down. The explicit Call Selected, Call Filtered, called-today, and meeting-followup paths keep their documented overrides.
Enrollment counts active campaign records. Ready now and Call All Active count only contacts that pass the dialer rules, including status, recycle, blocklist, ownership, active-session claims, phone and DNC checks, and max dials. Training prospects have their own separate count.
Campaign Detail reporting counts real outbound dials only. Inbound callbacks, rows still marked dialing, and operator-skipped markers remain available in session internals but are excluded from campaign totals, charts, leaderboards, and counted session rows.
When Campaign Detail shows Call Rescheduling (N), click it in the Start a Dial Session card. The dialer opens with the dedicated meeting-followup scope and meeting_rescheduling status selected, keeping those calls separate from the normal active pool.
Yes. When eRep generates or regenerates cadence copy, it preserves approved hyperlinks from the active campaign templates as working links in the output and preview.
In Start a Dial Session, use Call Asked for Info (N) when it appears. It opens the dialer with the Asked for Info status selected. The button is disabled when the status has no currently callable contacts, and the normal Call All Active count continues to exclude Asked for Info.
The company summary is a concentration check for the current dial pool. It counts contacts that are callable under the selected active statuses or contact filters, groups them by company, reports contacts without company data separately, and warns when one company represents a dominant share of the queue. The warning is informational and does not change who can be called.
When enabled for a campaign, it sends the assigned meeting owner a configured email after an eligible scheduled meeting, asking for the outcome, next steps, and whether the meeting status should change. It is off by default, saves with campaign Settings, and records sent or failed outcomes in Activity.
Only meetings that occur after the campaign switch is enabled. Cancelled or rescheduling meetings, inactive owners, owners without an email address, and meetings more than seven days old are skipped.
The body supports `{OwnerName}`, `{FirstName}`, `{LastName}`, `{Company}`, `{MeetingDate}`, `{MeetingTime}`, `{MeetingDescription}`, and `{SenderName}`.
Open the Contacts tab and click a contact row, or focus it and press Enter or Space. Recent outreach loads the latest calls and emails across the selected client. Use the panel header or the row again to collapse it.
Dial This View takes the full campaign contact view, including search, field filters, and active statuses, into the Campaign Dialer. The dialer builds the queue on the server and still applies recycle, ownership, active-session claims, blocklist, phone, DNC, calling-hours, and maximum-dial safeguards.
Yes. New saved views on Campaign Detail are stored for that campaign only. Older shared campaign filters are shown separately under Older shared filters, and you can copy one into the current campaign when it is relevant.
Click Export CSV in the Contacts tab. Choose Export Fields opens with the available columns selected by default. Search fields or use Select all, Clear all, and individual checkboxes, then click Export CSV. The download keeps the current search and filter view.
Yes. In the Calling Script tab, custom fields appear as readable chips when the client has them. Copy a token and use it in the script. The dialer resolves the value from each contact; missing, blank, array, and object values render blank.
Yes, employees can select sender accounts in a campaign and use Apply selected to all campaigns. After confirmation, the exact selected aliases replace sender selections on every non-archived campaign for that client. SDR assignment remains separate.
The selected contact ids are being stored in a short-lived, user- and deal-bound server selection before the dialer opens. This prevents large selections from exceeding browser or proxy URL limits.
No. An SDR assignment controls ownership and dialing attribution. Sender aliases are selected separately for campaign email, and assigning or splitting a campaign does not automatically change its existing sender accounts.
The standard SalesHive window is 8:00 AM through 5:30 PM in the prospect's local time. Dialing also stops at 5:30 PM Pacific, and DNC.com or other stricter legal windows still apply.
A new campaign links every active mailbox for its deal whose email type is Sender. Primary and SDR accounts, inactive accounts, and cross-deal accounts are not auto-linked. You can review or change the sender selection in the Email Campaign Emails sender section.
Only internal SDRs and SDR managers on the Florida Insure and Pandora CloudCover pilot deals. Clients and unrelated internal roles do not receive the panel.
It shows verified legacy source associations, then the legacy tag and list labels retained on active campaign contacts. Tag and list entries include contact counts, and large groups report additional labels after the first 30.
No. Legacy origin is read-only migration context. Use the normal Contacts tools for search, filters, imports, exports, and enrollment changes.
On Hold is intentionally excluded from the normal campaign active pool because it pauses automated meeting follow-up. To call one, open Booked Meetings or the contact's detail page and use its meeting-followup Call action, which can include On Hold contacts when the campaign and phone checks pass.
Open Filters and add two or more properties. Use All (AND) when every property must match, or Any (OR) when a contact can match at least one property. The footer and Contacts count update for the full campaign, and the selected logic carries into the filtered dial view.
Yes. Turn on Override client disposition templates in Settings, expand Asked for Info, and click Attach documents. Add up to five supported documents, up to 20 MB each and 25 MB total. If the override is off, this campaign inherits the client's Asked for Info template and its reusable documents from Settings > Email Templates.
No send in the selected range has a measured open-tracking signal. The page does not treat that as zero opens: the card says Not tracked, per-step and per-template open rates show Not tracked, and the daily chart omits the Opens series.
Open rate uses human open events divided by sends that were tracked for opens, not every send in the range. Sends made before open tracking was enabled remain outside that denominator.
Employees who can manage campaigns see Enable tracking beside the Opens card when tracking is off. Clicking it enables tracking for future sends and shows a success toast. It cannot retroactively measure earlier sends.
The preview and send path use the selected sender account's Phone value from Settings > Email Accounts. A signature containing {{senderPhone}} shows that value; if it is blank, the tag resolves to an empty value.
Contacts can move between campaigns with their cadence rows intact. Prior sent means the email was sent before the contact entered this campaign, so it is shown separately from Sent here. Pending still includes any moved queued work because it can send while this campaign is active.
