Overview
Weekly Meeting Update is the client-ready meeting workspace for a selected deal. Staff review performance, including Email open rate and Connection rate, meeting rows, narrative, internal sync notes, source history, and completed report versions. The Potential Meetings section can also show a read-only Live metric source table that explains the automatic KPI with matching contact details. In Edit update, every valid draft change saves automatically after a short pause. Client sync notes also save automatically outside Edit update, so they can be captured during a live sync. A reporting period can have only one completed report, so the page directs staff to its frozen copy or to a different date range instead of offering a duplicate completion. When the default rolling seven-day period is already complete, New current-week report can start a distinct draft for the last seven calendar days through today when that exact period is not already complete.
How to use this page
Select the client
Choose a client in the Client Switcher. The page loads that deal's Weekly Meeting Update. Select a client before editing when prompted.
Review the performance snapshot
Review Outbound dials, Conversations, Meetings booked, Meetings held, Potential meetings, Emails sent, Email open rate, and Connection rate. Connection rate is conversations divided by outbound dials. Both percentage metrics show Not available when their source activity is unavailable.
Open a private draft
Select Edit update. The editor opens as a private draft, so changes do not appear to clients, completed reports, or exports while you work.
Edit with automatic saving
Change the title, narrative, metric overrides, meeting rows, custom sections, date range, meeting timing, or internal sync notes. After a short pause, the editor saves the latest valid draft automatically. Percentage metric overrides accept one decimal place.
Choose the date range
Use Last 7 Days, Last 14 days, Quarter to date, Year to date, Outreach to date when available, or Custom range. Last 7 Days uses the seven completed Eastern Time calendar days before today, excluding the current day.
Refresh source data
Use Refresh data in the header or a section Refresh button to recalculate metrics, including Email open rate, Connection rate, and the Potential Meetings source details. The Potential Meetings metric source is read-only and follows the saved metric window. During editing, wait for Saved automatically if Refresh is disabled.
Inspect Potential Meetings sources
In Potential meetings, review Live metric source when matching contacts exist. Each read-only row explains the automatic KPI with status, company, contact, title, and last activity. Saved report context below remains manual or legacy content and is not replaced by the live details.
Maintain the update
Update the client-ready narrative and meeting tables as needed. Use Client sync notes for private working notes. They save automatically while editing or while viewing the staff update, and are excluded from client views, completed versions, and Google Doc exports. If a note save fails, keep typing to retry.
Export or complete the report
Wait until the draft is saved, then use Export to Google Doc for the current staff update or Complete current draft to freeze the client-ready state as a dated completed report version. The Performance Snapshot must match the reporting period before completion. Complete current draft is not shown when that same reporting period already has a completed report.
Start a current-week report
When New current-week report appears, select it and confirm to create a blank editable draft for the last seven calendar days through today. The existing draft is saved as a frozen version when distinct. Refresh Performance Snapshot before completing the new report. The button is hidden when that exact current-week period is already complete.
Recover a completed reporting period
When a completed report already uses the current draft's reporting period, select Review completed report to inspect, restore, or remove that frozen version after confirmation. Edit the current draft to choose a different date range if you need a separate report. New blank report is unavailable when the default rolling seven-day period is already complete; when that default period is complete but the current seven calendar days through today are not, use New current-week report instead.
