Overview

Email History is the audit trail of outbound campaign email for the selected client. Use it to confirm what went out, compare Post-Call and Auto-Cadence volume, open the full email record, or jump directly to a contact. Without a selected date range, it opens to the 30 days ending on the client's latest sent email, so migrated history is visible immediately. Results are paginated 50 per page, and the Sent by column identifies the actual sender.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client

Pick the client in the top-right switcher. Every email shown belongs to that deal's campaigns. The header stat band shows Emails in view, Recipients reached, and the Auto-Cadence or Post-Call split.

  2. Set the date range

On first opening the page, the date window covers the 30 days ending on the selected client's latest sent email. Use Start and End to choose an exact window. The page reloads matching sends when either date changes, and swaps the values automatically when Start is later than End.

  3. Filter and search

Narrow the list with All Campaigns and All Users, or search a contact, company, recipient or sender address, or subject. Changing a filter, search, or sort resets pagination to page 1.

  4. Read the table

Each row shows Contact, Company, To, From, Subject, Preview, Type, cadence Step, Campaign, Sent by, and Sent time. Click a contact name to open its contact record, or click elsewhere in the row to open the full email. Sort with a column header.

  5. Paginate and export

When more than 50 emails match, use the first, previous, next, and last controls below the table. Export CSV downloads the currently filtered and sorted rows only, with Sent by as a column.
