Overview
Inbound Glossary manages definitions for the selected client's hosted website. Add, edit, search, publish, view, and remove glossary terms from the shared Website Content editor.
How to use this page
Select the client
Choose the client in the top-right Client Switcher. The glossary is always scoped to that client's hosted site. If no client or site is available, the page provides the next step.
Find a term
The Glossary tab lists each term with its URL path, category, updated date, and Published or Draft badge. When there are more than five terms, use Search to filter by title, slug, or category.
Add a glossary term
Select New term, enter a title, optional category, Short definition, Body (HTML), SEO title, and SEO description, then choose whether it is Published. Select Save to create the term.
Edit or publish a term
Select a row or its pencil icon to reopen it. The existing slug is read-only. Use the eye control to publish or unpublish the term, and use the external-link control on published rows to view it on the live site.
Delete a term
Select the trash control and confirm. Deletion permanently removes the glossary term and its hosted page.
