Overview

Inbound is the selected client's workspace for its hosted website and inbound growth tools. Review the live site, manage blog and glossary content, tune SEO, configure the AI receptionist, connect social accounts, open marketing connections, and launch the live website or sales deck.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client and review the site

Use the Client Switcher to choose the client. The overview shows the site's LIVE or DRAFT status, public URL, publish state, and counts for pages, blog posts, and glossary terms.

  2. Open the live website

When the site is published, select View live site in the overview banner. The sidebar's View Website link opens the same live site in a new tab, using the custom domain when one is connected and otherwise the preview subdomain.

  3. Choose a website workflow

Open Blog to create and publish posts, Glossary to define terms, SEO to manage page metadata, Social to connect client accounts, or Receptionist to configure the client's AI phone receptionist. These pages work within the selected client's site.

  4. Manage social connections

Open Social from the Inbound sidebar to connect the client's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X accounts. Employee views remain scoped to the selected client, and these accounts are separate from SalesHive's CRM Marketing accounts.

  5. Open marketing connections

Open Settings to connect GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, OpenAI Ads measurement, SEMrush readiness, and the public website URL. Clients do not see the staff-only connection workflow.

  6. Open the live sales deck

Select View Sales Deck in the Inbound sidebar. It opens the selected client's newest published interactive deck in a new tab, using the custom domain or preview subdomain. If no published deck is available, it opens the Sales Deck builder tool instead.

  7. Understand access and scope

Inbound is controlled by the platform/inbound access section. A client can see only its own website and connected accounts. Employees must select a client before client-scoped pages can load.
