Overview

Campaign Details is the workspace for campaign performance, contacts, calling guidance, cadence setup, test sends, disposition overrides, and reporting. Basic templates and editable pending AI cadence emails support image insertion, resizing, and alignment, with the chosen width saved into the message for preview and delivery. Email Reporting gives Clicks and Opens separate tabs with the same event filters, so each engagement stream can be reviewed directly while known bots and scanners stay hidden by default. Email tests use the campaign contact selected in the preview to fill merge values while delivering only to the test address. When a campaign has no active or historical enrollment, SalesHive can use an available contact from the selected client as merge-only preview data so valid tags still resolve. The Dashboard calling band separates overall provider answer, human or target pickup, and qualified conversation rates before average call duration, dial sessions, and meetings held. In Call Reporting, correcting a historical result to NTRP or NTRP - Sent Info keeps that result on the call and moves the associated contact to Unqualified, while call-only outcomes such as Invalid Number do not overwrite the contact status. Call Reporting preserves verified SDR and prospect roles and keeps honest diarization labels such as Speaker A when the role is unknown. Contact imports protect Trash matches, and active email lanes still require content, sender, signature, and sending-domain readiness. eMod and eRep previews and generated cadence emails now use concise teaser-first copy with deterministic quality checks before cadence content is accepted. Sender Accounts lists only active mailboxes assigned to the selected client, and SalesHive prevents a retained or stale cross-client sender link from sending.

How to use this page

  1. Open and verify the campaign

Open Outbound > Manage, select a campaign, and confirm the client, campaign name, and status before changing settings.

  2. Review readiness and contacts

Use Dashboard for totals, readiness, and recent activity. Contacts supports Add Individual, Import CSV, search, filters, Load More, and Show all contacts.

  3. Import contacts safely

Open Contacts, choose + Add Contacts, then Import CSV. Map the Sales Rep column when needed. Exact SalesHive user names or emails create a user link, while an unmatched client rep name is preserved as text. The result summary separately reports contacts already in this campaign, contacts in another campaign, previously removed identities, unmatched owners, Archive matches, and Trash matches.

  4. Choose what happens to Trash matches

The first campaign import keeps matching contacts in Trash and shows the exact count. Choose Keep in Trash to leave them unchanged, or Restore and Import to restore and rerun only those matching Trash rows for this campaign. Archived contacts are not included in that retry; unarchive them from Contacts and import again.

  5. Configure calling and cadence

Settings controls Call Timeout and dialing behavior. Calling Script can use the client default, a linked saved version, or Campaign-specific copy. Email Cadence controls Post-Call and Auto-Cadence steps, sender accounts, limits, tracking, send windows, and Send Share.

  6. Review teaser-first AI cadence copy

Choose eMod or eRep and open a contact preview. AI cadence emails use a short teaser format: a 1 to 4 word subject, an 8 to 50 word body in 1 or 2 sentences, one distinct idea, and either a simple reply ask or one approved website link. They omit greetings, sign-offs, hard meeting asks, repeated openings, and multiple questions. eMod preserves the template's truthful intent, approved offer, and approved links while compressing its length and sales language. Regenerate preview creates fresh preview copy without sending or replacing queued rows.

  7. Enable campaign emails safely

Open Email Cadence and choose Email Campaign Emails or Post-Call Emails. Before an active campaign can turn a lane on, SalesHive checks the email type, active sendable Basic or eMod templates for every configured step, supported merge tags, eligible sender capacity, the resolved default signature and its required fields, and complete cached SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX for client-owned sending domains. Post-Call also needs an active Primary or SDR mailbox. A refused save keeps the prior state and shows the exact items to correct.

  8. Size and align cadence images

In a Basic template, or after choosing Edit on a pending AI cadence email, use Add Image, paste, or drop to insert an image. Select the image, drag the orange handle at its lower right to resize it, and use the left, center, or right controls above it to choose alignment. Basic template changes autosave; an edited AI cadence email persists after Save. The stored width remains with the message in previews and sent email.

  9. Review email analytics

Open Email Reporting > Email Analytics. Replies count campaign-attributed human inbound messages, while automated and system classifications are excluded. Human-likely opens exclude known image proxies, bots, and security scanners. Provider rows separate Human-like, Proxy, and Scanner rates. Opens remain directional and are not an inbox-placement score. Export CSV uses the current reporting filters.

  10. Inspect individual open events

Open Email Reporting > Opens to review collected open events separately from Clicks. The default view hides known bots and scanners. Use Include bots & scanners when you need the raw stream, narrow the list to Post-Call or Auto-Cadence with Sequence, and apply the date fields. Each row shows time since send, contact, step, source, location, device, IP, and classification. Open tracking is on by default for new campaigns, but changing the setting affects future sends and cannot recreate missing historical events.

  11. Set a campaign-specific custom outcome

In Email Cadence, turn on Override client disposition templates when this campaign needs rules that replace the client defaults. Expand or add a custom disposition, then combine a contact status action, campaign move, domain blacklist, connection reporting, Slack notification, and follow-up email as needed.

  12. Blacklist a domain from a custom disposition

Turn on Add domain to blacklist and save the templates. When an SDR later confirms that custom disposition on a call, SalesHive extracts the domain from the selected contact's email and adds it to this client's domain blacklist. The setting is off by default and does not change earlier call logs or contacts.

  13. Send a contact-personalized test

In Email Cadence, select the campaign contact whose values should appear in the AI or template preview when one is available, then choose Send Test on that preview. Confirm the sender and enter the internal recipient address. SalesHive fills merge tags from the selected preview contact while sending only to the test address. If the campaign has no active or historical enrollment, SalesHive can instead use an available contact from the selected client that is not archived or in Trash as merge-only preview data. The test does not add campaign delivery or contact activity to that contact. Tests are available on a non-archived campaign before activation or while paused, but a client-wide outreach pause still blocks delivery.

  14. Review call reporting

Use Call Reporting for results and Dial Sessions. In Calls, use the Result dropdown to correct a historical disposition. NTRP and NTRP - Sent Info keep that label on the call and move the associated contact to Unqualified so it leaves future cold outreach. Call-only outcomes such as Invalid Number change only the call log and do not overwrite the contact status. Authorized supervisors can use Shadow, Guide, or Join In. Continuous audio follows the selected session when available, with per-call fallback otherwise.

  15. Read transcript speaker labels

Open Call Reporting > Calls and expand a call. Live role-aware transcripts show SDR and PROSPECT. Post-call diarization may know that voices are different without knowing their roles, so SalesHive keeps the honest label, such as SPEAKER A, instead of assuming every unknown voice is the prospect. A later post-call transcript does not overwrite an existing role-aware live transcript.

  16. Read campaign calling outcomes

Open Dashboard and read the calling band from left to right. Overall Answer Rate counts provider-completed calls, Human or Target Pickup Rate requires pickup evidence, and Qualified Conversation Rate uses the stricter conversation outcome set. Average Call uses connected-call duration, followed by Dial Sessions and Meetings Held.

What the buttons do

Enable Email Campaign Emails
Turns Auto-Cadence on or off. On an active campaign, the lane must pass content, sender, signature, and sending-domain readiness before the on state saves.
Sender Accounts
Shows and manages active mailboxes assigned to this campaign's client. Retained cross-client links are hidden and cannot send.
Add Image
Inserts an image into a Basic template or an editable pending AI cadence email. Select the image to reveal resize and alignment controls.
Image alignment controls
Aligns the selected cadence image to the left, center, or right. Drag the orange lower-right handle to change its saved width.
Email Reporting / Email Analytics
Shows campaign-only send, human-reply, human-likely open, proxy, scanner, bounce, and unsubscribe metrics.
Clicks
Shows campaign click events with human-focused defaults plus sequence, date, and raw bot or scanner controls.
Opens
Shows campaign open events separately from Clicks with the same sequence, date, and bot or scanner controls.
Include bots & scanners
Adds known automated engagement to the Clicks or Opens event stream for raw review.
Export CSV
Exports the current campaign email reporting view.
Override client disposition templates
Uses campaign-specific disposition actions and copy instead of the client defaults.
Add domain to blacklist
For a custom disposition, adds the selected contact's email domain to this client's domain blacklist when a future call is saved.
Add custom disposition
Creates a campaign-specific call outcome with optional status, campaign move, domain blacklist, reporting, Slack, and email actions.
Save templates
Saves the campaign-specific disposition override.
Send Test / Send test
Sends the chosen AI or template preview to the test address, fills merge values from the selected preview contact or an available same-client contact before enrollment, and records no campaign activity for that contact.
Send Share
Sets relative shared-sender allocation for enabled Auto-Cadence.
Calling Script
Chooses the client default, a linked library version, or campaign-specific copy.
Load More / Show all contacts
Loads the next contact batch or expands the current loaded roster.
+ Add Contacts
Opens Add Individual, Import CSV, and Test Contacts for this campaign.
Import CSV
Maps and imports contacts into this campaign. Trash matches stay protected until you choose what to do; Archive matches stay unchanged.
Keep in Trash
Closes the campaign import result while leaving every matching Trash contact unchanged.
Restore and Import
Restores and reruns only the CSV rows that matched contacts in Trash for this campaign.
Enable Post-Call Emails
Turns Post-Call sending on or off. On an active campaign, the lane must pass content, mailbox, signature, and sending-domain readiness before the on state saves.
Result
Corrects a historical call disposition. NTRP outcomes move the associated contact to Unqualified, while call-only outcomes do not overwrite the contact status.
Regenerate preview
Creates fresh eMod or eRep teaser copy for review without sending it, deleting queued emails, or creating new cadence rows.
Reset pending emails
Deliberately clears pending rows for the selected sequence so eligible contacts can use newly generated content. Sent and in-flight emails remain unchanged.

Common questions

Yes. Basic template editors support image resizing and alignment. For an AI cadence email, choose Edit on a pending step first. Already sent messages do not change.
Select the image, then drag the orange handle at its lower right. SalesHive stores the chosen width in the email HTML, while still limiting the image to the available message width.
They are different engagement events. Opens come from the tracking pixel and are directional because proxies and scanners can fetch images. Clicks come from tracked external links. Separate tabs keep each raw event stream clear.
The Opens event tab hides known bots and scanners by default but can show the raw stream. Email Analytics uses stricter human-likely open reporting that also separates image proxies, so the views answer different questions.
On an active campaign, SalesHive checks the configured type, active sendable Basic or eMod templates, supported merge tags, sender capacity, the default signature and its required fields, and complete cached SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX for client-owned sending domains. Post-Call also needs an active Primary or SDR mailbox. Follow the specific error, correct each item, then retry.
Campaign-attributed human inbound messages count. Shwarming, Auto Reply, Internal, Out Of Office, Undeliverable, Ignore, Ignore Contact, and Ignore Global are excluded.
A future saved call using that custom disposition adds the domain from the selected contact's email to the current client's domain blacklist.
No. It applies when a future call is saved. Existing contacts and call history are not rewritten.
No. When Override client disposition templates is on, the campaign's saved disposition settings replace the client-level behavior for that campaign.
Yes, on a non-archived campaign before activation or while paused. A client-wide outreach pause still blocks the test.
Yes, when the selected client has an available contact. If the campaign has no active or historical enrollment and the message contains merge tags, SalesHive uses a current client contact that is not archived or in Trash as merge-only preview data. The email still goes only to the Send to address, and no campaign delivery or contact activity is recorded for the preview contact.
The selected preview contact supplies the merge values, while the Send to field controls the actual recipient. When the campaign has no enrollment, an available same-client contact can supply those values. This lets you review a realistic message without recording campaign delivery or contact activity for the preview contact.
The first pass found a matching Trash contact and left it unchanged. Keep it in Trash, or choose Restore and Import to restore and rerun only that matching row for this campaign.
No. Archive remains separate. Open Contacts, turn on Show Archived, unarchive the contact, then import the row again.
The name is preserved on the contact. Exact SalesHive name or email matches still link to the matching user.
Post-call diarization can distinguish voices without proving which person owns each voice. SalesHive preserves that neutral speaker label instead of inventing a role. Existing live SDR and Prospect labels remain unchanged.
Overall Answer Rate counts provider-completed calls, including automation. Human or Target Pickup Rate requires evidence of a person or intended target. Qualified Conversation Rate uses the narrower set of productive conversation outcomes that was formerly called connect rate.
NTRP and NTRP - Sent Info remain the call results and move the associated contact to Unqualified so future cold outreach stops. Invalid Number is call-only, so it changes the call record without replacing the contact status.
SalesHive treats cold email as a teaser. Each AI cadence email uses one specific idea, a short curiosity-led subject, and one low-pressure reply or approved website action instead of explaining the full offer or asking for a meeting.
Pending eMod and eRep rows created under an older global AI policy can regenerate immediately before their next send. SalesHive builds the replacement first, preserves manually edited rows, and never rewrites sent or in-flight email. Basic template rows are unaffected.
SalesHive allows one constrained repair for length, structure, sales language, repeated copy, questions, dashes, and approved links. If the repaired copy still fails, generation stops instead of accepting the cadence.
The list shows only active mailboxes assigned to this campaign's client. A mailbox assigned elsewhere is hidden, even if an older campaign link still references it, and it cannot be used for a test, manual message, or cadence send.
