Overview

Outbound Dashboard gives a selected client one client-ready view of meetings, pipeline, outreach efficiency, and activity. Use the reporting period and Overview, Email, and Calling tabs to focus the metrics and follow links into the underlying workspaces.

How to use this page

  1. Select a client and reporting period

Choose a client from the selector, then choose 12 weeks, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or Custom. The page refreshes the dashboard metrics for that period.

  2. Review the Overview tab

Overview shows meetings booked, held and upcoming meetings, warm leads, information requests, channel efficiency, weekly activity, meeting goals, meeting desk, active programs, pipeline analysis, and the activity timeline.

  3. Focus on Email or Calling

Use Email to focus the efficiency band and chart on emails and Open Rate, then review Recent people who clicked when verified human clicks exist. Use Calling to focus calls and Meetings from calls. Bot and scanner traffic is excluded from the human click view.

  4. Change the date range

Use the reporting period controls to compare short and long windows. Use Custom when you need a specific date range, then review the updated trend and KPI context.

  5. Open the underlying workspace

Select linked KPI cards, meeting rows, campaign rows, or click rows in Recent people who clicked to open the related meetings, call history, email history, campaigns, or contact detail.

  6. Read the activity timeline

Use the activity timeline filters and Refresh control to inspect event types for the selected deal and period. Include bot or scanner opens only when you need that diagnostic view.
