Overview

Video stays within the selected client workspace for authorized clients and employees. Create reusable Company call links for your team and invited guests, or Prospect call links for a sales opportunity. Find active and reusable links in Meeting links. Use the single Previous meetings list to review recordings, transcripts and shared notes. SalesHive’s internal CRM conference workspace remains separate. Employees see a notice naming the selected client, because every meeting created here, including company calls, belongs to that client. On an eligible prospect call, Show Prospect Our View explicitly shares the current deal brief, Discovery, Coach, live internal notes and AE Sales Notes with everyone connected to that meeting. The shared sales view is read-only: Next Steps, note editing and CRM action links stay unavailable to attendees. Stop showing our view ends sharing. Leaving as the presenter also ends it, and rejoining does not restore it. Allow a few seconds for changes to appear.

How to use this page

  1. Start a new meeting

Select Video in the sidebar, then New meeting. Add an optional title. Choose Company call for your team or invited guests, or Prospect call and Your sales deal for an opportunity in this workspace. The selected client stays fixed. Choose an optional time, then Create Link.

  2. Share or open the reusable link

When the link is ready, select Copy to share it, Done to return to Video, or Join meeting to enter the green room. The link stays reusable until the meeting is canceled. There is no separate recurring-meeting checkbox.

  3. Find and reuse a meeting link

In Meeting links, choose All calls, Company calls, With SalesHive or Prospect calls. Search by title and select Search. Use Copy link to invite someone, Start / join for a ready link, or Join for a live call. Add to calendar downloads a 30-minute event; adjust it and invite guests in your calendar. Use Previous and Next for more links, or Refresh meeting links to reload the list.

  4. Check the green room

On wider screens, device settings sit to the left of the full-frame camera preview. On narrow screens, the preview sits above the device settings. The preview keeps its shape. The recording notice, Cancel and Join meeting stay outside the scrolling settings area, so you can reach them without scrolling to the bottom. Choose your microphone, speaker, and camera. On supported Chrome and Edge browsers, the Speaker menu routes call audio to the selected headphones or output device. On supported browsers, apply None, Light blur, Strong blur, or an available backdrop for this call. Background processing happens on your device and requires a supported WebGL2 browser. The green room checks microphone access before Join meeting and keeps Join meeting disabled during a failed check. Select Retry microphone or choose another device if needed. Participants enter voice-first with the microphone on and camera off by default. On supported Chrome and Edge browsers, Join meeting also opens the enabled floating camera overlay. A host-specific exception can suppress automatic opening, and an explicit Settings opt-out is always respected.

  5. Use the in-call controls

Use Mute or Unmute, Start video or Stop video, Background, Share, Music when available, Settings, Chat, People, recording controls when authorized, and Leave in the bottom dock. Start video uses one LiveKit camera request to prompt for browser permission and publish the camera selected in Settings. A blocked, missing, busy, or unavailable camera produces a recovery message instead of a silent failure. Background choices apply to the current call and switch on the local camera without replacing the track. Share screen and Share screen + audio can open the enabled floating camera overlay before capture begins; Share audio only does not. Settings can disable, reopen, or close the overlay. Camera tiles show the full frame by default. Turn off Show full camera frame to crop cameras to fill their tiles. Open Chat to send a message or web link to the room. After the message is delivered, SalesHive saves it to this exact meeting occurrence for Meeting Chat in Notes.

  6. Mute, unmute, and recover audio

Select Mute to stop sending microphone audio. The control changes to Unmute. Select Unmute to restore the same LiveKit microphone path and its existing processing. If unmute fails, follow the message for blocked browser access, no microphone, another app using the device, or Settings recovery. Use Reconnect microphone or Settings > Restart microphone if the track still does not recover.

  7. Leave or close the occurrence

Select Leave when you are done. If other human participants remain, their call stays live and host controls transfer when needed. If you are the final human participant, SalesHive closes the current occurrence automatically, finalizes its recording and notes workflow, and keeps the reusable meeting link available for a fresh call. Closing the tab, refreshing, or losing the connection starts an eight-second reconnect grace. If no human participant returns, that exact occurrence closes. Silent recording, notes, or AI workers do not keep an empty call active.

  8. Control recording as the host

When signed in as the creator or current host of a Company call or Prospect call in your workspace, select Stop recording to stop capture without ending the meeting. Earlier footage stays saved, and live notes and transcription continue. Recording stays off for this occurrence until an authorized host selects Record. Confirm the Recording indicator before relying on capture. Client hosts cannot control recording on With SalesHive calls.

  9. Use shared Notes and Transcript

On an eligible SalesHive-hosted linked client or prospect call, use the shared command center beside the video stage. On a pre-signature prospect call, Notes are labeled Shared with everyone, read-only and organized as Your SalesHive strategy recap. It selects supported goals, SalesHive fit, the recommended approach, engagement expectations, open decisions, and agreed next steps from spoken conversation, delivered meeting chat, and the prior shared document. Meeting Chat preserves each delivered sender, time, message, and supported clickable web link separately from the recap and speech-only Transcript. Select Copy shared notes or Download shared notes for the current participant-safe document. Open Transcript to review timestamps, search spoken text, filter by speaker, add browser-only bookmarks, copy a line, or download the current text. Scrolling back, searching, or choosing one speaker pauses automatic follow until you select Jump to latest. Active-client and onboarding shared workspaces keep their existing controls, and switching tabs does not restart transcription. Live transcription follows your selected published microphone and stops capturing it while muted or unpublished. Changing the microphone reconnects capture to the selected input. Check the displayed transcript status if speech is missing; a connected video call alone does not prove transcription is working.

  10. Adjust devices and noise cancellation

Select Settings to switch microphone, camera, or speaker, restart a problem microphone, and control display preferences. On supported Chrome and Edge browsers, choosing a non-default speaker can open the browser output-permission picker. A confirmation message names the speaker now carrying call audio. Leave Noise cancellation on for ordinary calls and turn it off for music or instruments. Show full camera frame starts on so each camera is letterboxed instead of zoomed or cropped; turn it off to crop to fill. Keep everyone in grid does not stop a new remote share from opening enlarged. It applies after you select Show workspace, when it keeps cameras and the shared screen in the gallery. On supported Chrome and Edge browsers, Floating camera controls the always-on-top participant window and Open floating camera reopens it from the current click.

  11. Raise a hand or send a reaction

Select Raise hand when you want to speak. The control changes to Lower hand, a hand badge stays on your participant tile until you lower it, and raised participants move to the top of People. Select Reactions and choose Thumbs up, Applause, Heart, Laugh, Celebrate, or Thinking. The reaction appears briefly on your tile for everyone in the room. Hand raises and reactions do not change the meeting record or recording.

  12. Control Buzz as an employee

Authorized signed-in employees can use the off-by-default Buzz switch on supported Internal, client, onboarding and prospect calls. Turn it on explicitly, then begin a finalized utterance with Hey Buzz and your question, or say Hey Buzz to arm the next utterance. Ordinary conversation does not summon it. Turn it off to remove it. Clients and signed-out guests do not receive this switch. The general AI Rep remains unavailable; recording, Transcript and silent Notes remain separate.

  13. Choose an archive view

Use All meetings in Previous meetings to see every accessible category in the selected workspace. Choose Meetings with SalesHive Team, Internal Meetings or Meetings with Prospects to narrow the archive, then use search and media filters. Select All meetings to clear the category filter.

  14. Search the meeting archive

Search by meeting title or host, then select Search. Use All sources, All recordings, and All transcripts to narrow the results. The archive is scoped to the meetings available in the selected client workspace.

  15. Review recordings and transcripts

Select a meeting title for its details. Watch opens a ready recording, and Transcript opens a ready transcript. Meeting titles open in a new tab so an active call stays open. The Deal column links to that deal on your Deals page. Calls record by default, and the active Recording indicator stays compact in the call header. In an archive transcript dialog, select Copy all to copy the complete stored transcript to your clipboard. A toast confirms success or reports when browser clipboard access fails. Select Download to save the exact displayed transcript as a plain text file named from the meeting title. The dialog stays open, and compact screens keep both actions available as labeled icons. New SalesHive Video archive transcripts reuse the finalized live speech captured for that exact meeting occurrence and preserve its speaker names. SalesHive does not transcribe the recording again. If live speech was not captured, an available recording remains playable but does not automatically produce a replacement transcript. Completed historical transcripts remain unchanged.

  16. Open the recording and notes follow-up

If an authorized SalesHive host separately sends a participant follow-up, open its private recording and shared-notes link. Platform does not open the employee follow-up review after leaving or ending a call.

  17. Use the host join notice

When another participant first connects, the active host receives a SalesHive Notifications email with the participant name, meeting title, and Join meeting link. The notice is based on a confirmed room connection. Reconnecting to the same occurrence does not send another notice.

  18. Present a remote screen share

On any supported meeting, every remote screen share opens enlarged in presentation mode, including when Keep everyone in grid is enabled. The shared screen uses the full stage and participant tiles move into a compact overlay. If the meeting has a command center or shared workspace, it collapses to a Workspace rail. Select Show workspace to return to the side-by-side meeting layout. If Keep everyone in grid is enabled, that restored view keeps all cameras and the shared screen together. Select Maximize shared screen to return to the full-stage share. The choice affects only your view and resets when sharing stops.

  19. Play background music

When Music is available in a call, open it and choose a track. Choices are Deep Work, Flow State, Night Drive, Clear Head, Steady Climb, City Lights, Bright Signal, In Motion, SalesHive Easy Day, SalesHive Sunshine, SalesHive In the Groove and SalesHive Golden Hour. Everyone on the call hears the music. It starts at 15% volume; drag the Music volume slider to adjust it. When a song ends, the next one in the list starts automatically, and the list wraps back to the top. Select the playing track again or use Stop to end playback.

  20. Schedule a meeting link for later

Select New meeting and enter an optional title. Schedule for later uses your device timezone; leave it blank to meet now. Select the meeting type and required opportunity, then Create Link. Select Add to calendar to download a 30-minute calendar event. Open it in your calendar, adjust the time and duration, and invite guests there. Downloading the file does not send invitations.

  21. Find previous meetings

Use Previous meetings below Meeting links to review completed calls. Search or filter the archive, then open a meeting title, recording or transcript when available. Each row shows its Type (With SalesHive, Internal or With Deal) and the Deal it belongs to, or Not linked.

  22. End a meeting from its shared link

When you join a reusable meeting link while signed in as an authorized host, including a client host, open End meeting and choose End for everyone to close the current call for all participants. This host permission is separate from recording permission. Guests and non-hosts use Leave. If ending fails, the call stays connected and an error explains the problem. The shared-link page shows the ended-call screen after success; it does not open the employee follow-up review.

  23. Read a sales view shared by your rep

When your SalesHive rep explicitly shares an eligible prospect sales view, a read-only notice appears. Review Brief, Discovery, Coach and Notes as available. You cannot edit the notes or use employee Next Steps. The sales panel disappears after the rep stops sharing or leaves.

  24. Identify who is speaking

A gold outline appears around an unmuted participant tile when speech is detected, including a camera-off tile. It fades promptly when speaking stops and clears immediately when the microphone is muted. Screen-share tiles do not receive this outline. No setting needs to be turned on.

  25. Send and recover an in-call chat message

Open Chat in the call dock, enter a message or web link, and select Send message or press Enter. The composer holds your text while sending and clears it after live sending succeeds. If sending fails, read the inline error, keep Chat open, check the connection and try again. During reconnection, wait before retrying. Keep messages within the 4,000-character limit; split a message if the app reports it is too long. Chat drafts are not a saved document. Use Shift+Enter for a new line. Pasted paragraphs and delivered messages retain their line breaks in both the main call and floating Chat view.

  26. Recover a microphone that stops mid-call

If Your microphone stopped sending audio appears, reconnect the device and choose Reconnect microphone, or open Settings to choose another device or Restart microphone. Recovery checks the actual capture source even when audio processing still appears live. A brief device interruption gets time to recover before the warning. Mid-call recovery is explicit and does not automatically turn your microphone on. If recovery says it remains muted, choose Unmute when ready. Speak and check the Settings meter, then confirm with the other participant that they can hear you. A moving meter alone does not prove remote audio delivery.

Common questions

Select All meetings to see all accessible meeting categories. Meetings with SalesHive Team shows calls with SalesHive, Internal Meetings shows company calls, and Meetings with Prospects shows calls linked to your sales opportunities. Search and media filters stay within the selected workspace.
Select Internal Meetings for calls hosted within your company, or Meetings with Prospects for calls linked to prospects in your CRM. Each tab applies the same archive search and recording or transcript filters.
It links a new meeting to one of your sales opportunities. Select Your sales deal before creating the link. The archive still labels these calls With Deal.
The client view is scoped to meetings available in the selected client workspace, including calls between your team and SalesHive, calls hosted internally, and calls linked to prospects. On compact windows, the labels collapse to icons, the dock scrolls horizontally, and the Background, Share, Music, and Settings menus remain anchored above it.
Yes. Calls record automatically with a participant notice once recording is confirmed. Starting or Confirming means confirmation is still underway. Signed-in creators and current hosts of Company calls or Prospect calls in their own workspace can use Record or Stop recording. Client hosts cannot control recording for With SalesHive calls.
No separate checkbox is needed. Every link created by this form stays reusable until the meeting is canceled.
Authorized signed-in employees can explicitly enable Buzz on supported calls of any type, including Internal, Active, Onboarding and prospect calls. Clients and signed-out guests do not receive this control. Buzz never joins automatically; the general AI Rep remains unavailable.
Camera-off profile photos keep space above and below the image and leave a separate area for the participant name, including in short gallery and filmstrip tiles. Photos keep their proportions and do not cover a live camera or shared screen.
Mute or Unmute, Start video or Stop video, Share, Chat, Transcript, People, Background, Music, and Settings stay in the bottom control dock below the meeting workspace. If the room cannot publish a live microphone, a recovery banner offers Reconnect microphone.
A signed-out visitor enters a name and email, then completes the green-room device setup and microphone check. If no authorized host is connected, the guest waits. The meeting creator, current host, or an eligible signed-in teammate can admit guests by joining; company calls do not require a SalesHive employee. A signed-out host must use the host sign-in link to start the room.
There is no separate Join muted path in the green room. Complete the microphone check and join voice-first with the microphone on, then select Mute after entering.
Before joining, finish the green-room microphone check and use Retry microphone when needed. In the call, a failed Unmute reports blocked access, no microphone, another app using it, or a Settings recovery need. Start video makes one LiveKit camera request and reports blocked, missing, busy, or unavailable cameras. Follow the message, then use Reconnect microphone or Settings when recovery is still needed.
Before joining, choose the headset in Speaker as well as its microphone. On supported Chrome and Edge browsers, SalesHive applies that output when the call opens. You can also open Settings during the call, choose a speaker, approve the browser output prompt if shown, and wait for the confirmation naming the applied device. Other browsers use the system default output.
If Share cannot start, SalesHive shows a screen-share message that explains whether browser or system permissions blocked capture, no display or window was available, another app is using capture, this browser or context does not support sharing, or you canceled the picker. Follow the message and try Share again.
A hand raise stays on your tile until you select Lower hand, including for people who join later. A reaction appears for about four seconds, then clears automatically. Neither action changes meeting or recording data.
Wait for the participant notice and persistent Recording indicator before treating the call as recorded. The room is checking the authoritative recording service and will keep retrying if the room metadata signal is delayed.
They stay hidden throughout Video Conferencing routes so they do not cover the meeting workspace or bottom call controls. They return when you leave the Video Conferencing route.
It starts on automatically. Supported browsers use LiveKit Cloud enhanced noise cancellation together with browser echo and standard noise controls. Other browsers keep browser echo cancellation and standard noise suppression. Open Settings to see the active mode or turn cancellation off for music and instruments.
Everyone in that exact eligible SalesHive-hosted linked meeting can use the shared workspace after their room token is verified. Notes contain the participant-facing document and a separate Meeting Chat section for delivered messages. Transcript contains only the speaker-labeled spoken conversation. The default shared workspace excludes internal notes and coaching. A rep can explicitly share the read-only sales view on an eligible prospect call.
No. Shared notes update autonomously from spoken meeting content and delivered meeting chat, even when the tab is not open, and finalize when the note taker leaves. The footer shows the next check, an active update, or final status.
No. Shared generation uses only the meeting transcript, meeting chat visible to participants, and the previous shared document. Employee emails, internal notes, private coaching, red flags, and renewal risk are not provided to it.
Background processing requires a browser with WebGL2 support and runs on your device for the current call. Unsupported browsers hide the control. If an effect fails, SalesHive removes it and keeps the normal camera usable. Try a current Chrome or Edge browser.
Select Enlarge on the shared-screen tile, or click the tile itself. The focused layout changes only for you. Select Unpin to return to the gallery. This works even when Keep everyone in grid is enabled.
SalesHive keeps the normal LiveKit microphone path and now surfaces its failure instead of leaving the control in a false unmuted state. Follow the message for blocked browser access, no microphone, another app using it, or a Settings recovery need. Use Reconnect microphone or Settings > Restart microphone if needed.
Yes, on supported Chrome and Edge browsers when Floating camera is enabled. Join meeting opens it by default, and starting screen or screen-plus-audio sharing can open it later. Audio-only sharing does not. Some host meetings suppress automatic opening, but Settings can still open it manually. Turn Floating camera off to opt out.
Show full camera frame starts on so the complete camera image remains visible. Open Settings and turn it off if you prefer the camera cropped to fill the tile. Screen shares are unaffected.
Platform Video does not open the employee post-call email review. On a prospect call, Email me my notes can appear but is disabled in this workspace. Use Copy shared notes or Download shared notes instead. If an authorized SalesHive host separately sends a participant follow-up, use its private recording and shared-notes link.
No. The participant page includes only the allowlisted shared meeting notes. SalesHive's Internal document, employee emails, coaching, red flags, and renewal risk stay private.
The current occurrence closes automatically when no human participants remain. A tab close or connection loss waits eight seconds so a refresh or brief drop can rejoin the same occurrence. If nobody returns, SalesHive finalizes that occurrence and the same reusable link starts the next call with fresh participants, transcript, recording, and notes.
No. One live transcription session remains active while you switch between Notes and Transcript. Finalized speaker-labeled lines continue in the same stream without duplicate copies.
In a self-serve workspace, each seat adds a monthly allowance of video call minutes with notes and transcription, shared across the workspace. A call that starts after your team has used this month's minutes still works for video and audio, but AI notes and the live transcript do not run, and a notice says the date minutes refill (the first of the month). A call that started before the minutes ran out keeps its notes and transcript to the end. Calls SalesHive staff hold with you are not counted. Plan and billing shows the minutes left. AI credits are a separate limit: once your team has used this month's AI credits, calls keep their live transcript, but AI notes stop, even partway through a call, and no summary or analysis is made after it. There is no notice on the call for this. The transcript is still saved.
Yes. When a non-host participant first reaches the connected room, SalesHive emails the active host with the participant name, meeting title, and a Join meeting link.
No. Reconnecting to the same occurrence updates the existing participant record and does not send a duplicate join notice.
Any supported meeting prioritizes every remote shared screen when it starts, even when Keep everyone in grid is enabled. Select Show workspace from the header or Workspace rail to restore the side-by-side layout. With Keep everyone in grid enabled, the restored workspace keeps cameras and the active share together. This changes only your view and does not stop the share.
No. Pre-signature shared Notes are read-only. Use Copy shared notes or Download shared notes to save the current participant-facing recap.
Scrolling back, searching, or filtering to one speaker pauses automatic follow so new lines do not interrupt your review. Select Jump to latest to return to the live edge.
No. The shared transcript contains only the speaker-labeled live conversation. The normal transcript excludes internal notes, Discovery and Coach. A rep can explicitly expose the read-only sales view separately.
It selects transcript-grounded goals, SalesHive service fit, recommended approach, engagement expectations, open decisions, and agreed next steps. It does not include private SalesHive qualification details, internal sentiment, company-profile repetition, or a transcript-style dump.
Open Transcript from the meeting archive. Select Copy all to copy the complete stored transcript, or Download to save the exact displayed transcript as a plain text file named from the meeting title. Copy reports success or a clipboard error, and either action leaves the transcript dialog open.
New SalesHive Video archive transcripts preserve the speaker names captured in the live transcript for that meeting occurrence. Completed historical transcripts remain unchanged. A generic label alone does not identify a participant.
A message is saved only after it is delivered in the live room. SalesHive stores it on the exact meeting occurrence and shows the sender, time, message, and supported web links under Meeting Chat in Notes. Reusing the meeting link starts a fresh occurrence, so earlier chat does not carry into the new call. Chat stays separate from the speech-only Transcript. Saving to meeting notes happens separately after live sending. A storage failure shows a warning even though the message was sent.
The next song in the list starts on its own, and after the last song it wraps back to the first. Music keeps rotating until you select the playing track again or use Stop.
An authorized host stopped recording. Earlier footage stays saved, and live notes and transcription continue. Automatic checks do not restart recording during this occurrence. An authorized host can select Record to start it again; a later call using the same reusable link begins a new occurrence.
Yes. The recording notice, Cancel and Join meeting remain in a separate footer. Scroll the device settings and background choices as needed. Join meeting still waits for the existing microphone and device checks.
Yes, when authorized for the selected client. A notice at the top names that client and explains that every meeting created here, including company calls, belongs to it, so the recording, notes and AI context use that client's information. For SalesHive calls such as kickoffs and client meetings, use the link in the notice to open CRM > Clients > Video Conferencing instead. The private CRM command center and employee post-call follow-up review are not part of this view. Client users do not see the notice.
Available host controls depend on verified meeting authority. Managing participants or ending a meeting is separate from permission to control recording. A client workspace does not grant access to another client or SalesHive-only meetings.
Yes, when signed in and authorized as the host. Open End meeting and choose End for everyone. Recording rights are separate. A signed-out guest or non-host does not receive this action, and a failed end request leaves the call connected.
On supported browsers, SalesHive requests screen wake protection while the call is active and the page is visible, including audio-only calls and reconnecting. Hiding the page releases it; returning requests it again. Leaving or disconnecting releases it. Browser settings, battery restrictions or a denied request can prevent protection without ending the call. There is no extra switch, and this does not guarantee the device will stay awake.
This does not send a follow-up email or grant CRM editing access.
The private employee Teleprompter is turned off on video calls for now, so its button and reader do not appear. Calls already open stop showing it on their next check. The dialer teleprompter is separate and is not affected.
The archive heading and filters wrap to fit the available width. On small screens, filter controls stack at full width. Use the same search, source, recording and transcript filters to narrow the archive.
The outline indicates detected speech from an unmuted participant. It can appear with the camera off. It does not mark a shared screen or change microphone, recording or meeting permissions.
The warning distinguishes successful live sending from failed notes storage. Do not resend just to repair notes, since that could duplicate the live message. Check Meeting Chat before relying on the message as retained meeting evidence.
Live microphone transcription waits until the room connects. Capture pauses while reconnecting or disconnected, then restarts after connection returns when the published microphone is unmuted. Wait for the call to reconnect before retrying a failed Chat message, and check the displayed transcript status before relying on new speech being captured.
Recent transcript lists recently recognized speakers, including guest participants whose speech was received. No speech received yet means no recognized speech is available. Connecting your microphone transcript indicates startup. If microphone transcription disconnects, rejoin to reconnect. Review discussion requires received speech and working transcription. Received speaker names do not prove every microphone is healthy. Only eligible employees can request the private recap; guests and other attendees do not see it.
A profile photo appears when available. Missing or broken photos, including guests without a profile photo, show the charcoal SalesHive icon. Both profile photos and fallback icons appear as matching circles. The image leaves room for the participant name and does not cover a live camera or shared screen. This applies in the gallery, filmstrip and focused camera view.
On a computer, Search, Background, theme and Notifications sit in a row at the bottom of the sidebar, just above your profile. On a phone they sit at the right of the top bar. Select Search or press Ctrl/Cmd+K to search the selected client. Find a page in the sidebar filters navigation links; on a phone, open the navigation menu first. Client selection stays above sidebar navigation, and the SalesHive logo opens Agents when you have access to it.
Yes. Call controls, menus, shared notes, chat, transcripts and recording viewers use charcoal surfaces in dark mode and white surfaces in light mode. The floating camera window also follows theme changes. The green room, the call and the other screens on the invite link page (joining, waiting for the host, the guest name form, and the messages after you leave or the call ends) also show the app background scene you chose with the Background icon in the sidebar, in its light or dark version to match your theme, with the card centered on top. During a live call the scene holds as one still image so it does not compete with the call. On the invite link page, signed-in people see their own pick or the company default, the same as in the app. Guests see a plain background unless they picked a scene earlier in that browser. This is separate from the in-call Background control, which only changes your camera. Camera footage and shared screens keep their own colors. Earlier guide screenshots may show the previous purple styling; the controls work the same way.
No. Explicit restart or reconnect preserves a muted choice, including muting while recovery runs. Use Unmute when ready. An intentionally muted microphone is not treated as a failure.
Select Maximize shared screen or Enlarge to give the share more room. Ask the presenter to zoom their content if text is still small. SalesHive now prioritizes the captured screen resolution for text, but source size and connection quality still affect clarity.
