Overview

Video Conferencing is your deal-scoped meeting space in Communication. Choose a workspace or CRM deal, start, join, or schedule a SalesHive Video call, use the green room and in-call controls, invite the AI Rep when available, and review recordings and transcripts from the meeting library.

How to use this page

  1. Choose the call destination

Use Call destination at the top of the lobby. Team and prospect workspace keeps the call in the shared workspace. Select one of your CRM deals when the recording, transcript, and analysis should attach to that opportunity. The choice applies when you start or schedule the call.

  2. Start, join, or schedule a call

Select Start call to create a meeting, enter a code and select Join call to enter an existing meeting, or use Schedule for later to choose a title and time. Turn on Recurring link when the same link should work for future calendar occurrences, then select Get a meeting link.

  3. Check the green room

Before entering, choose your microphone and camera and set None, Light blur, Strong blur, or an available backdrop. Your microphone starts on and camera starts off by default. The recording notice appears before you join.

  4. Use the in-call controls

Use Mic, Start video, Share, Chat, Transcript, People, Background, Music, and Settings while connected. Settings lets you switch available devices and adjust call display options. When a camera is off, the profile photo stays above the name so the participant label remains readable.

  5. Add your AI Rep

Select AI Rep in an active call when the control is available. Choose Join this meeting for live assistance, or Start a training session so the rep can learn what you teach for future calls. Select Dismiss AI to remove it.

  6. Review recordings and transcripts

Finished calls appear in the meeting library available to your workspace. Use Watch for a ready recording and Transcript when a transcript is available. Calls record by default, and the active Recording indicator stays compact in the call header.
