Overview

Contact Search finds new target prospects for the selected client and saves the qualified ones into their Contacts. Build an ideal-customer profile with the filters on the left, run the search, review the matches, then add them to the client's contact pool. A monthly contact allowance (quota) is shown at the top and is consumed as you add contacts.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client and check the allowance

Pick the client in the top-right switcher. The allowance card shows how many contacts remain this month, how many are used of the limit, and when it renews.

  2. Name the search and set how many to find

Give the search a list name so it is easy to recognize later, then set the number of contacts to find. The default is 1,000; for clients it is capped at the remaining monthly allowance. Pressing Enter in the count field starts the search.

  3. Build the targeting filters

Add job titles to include or exclude, seniority and functional levels, locations and cities (or exclusions), email status, company domains, industries to include or exclude, company keywords, size, revenue range, and funding stage. Type into a chip field and press Enter to add each value.

  4. Run the search

Click Search. The button shows a spinner and reads Searching while the run works, and large searches can take several minutes. Results appear in a table with name, title, email, mobile, LinkedIn, location, and company firmographics.

  5. Review and add to Contacts

Scan the matches, then click Add to Contacts to save them into the client's contact pool. A toast confirms success or reports a problem. This is the step that consumes the allowance, so confirm the targeting looks right first. Download CSV exports the results without using extra allowance.

  6. Reuse recent searches

The Recent runs list shows past searches with their file name, status, and count. You can add a past run's results to Contacts or download its CSV from there, or reload its filters to refine and run again.

What the buttons do

List name
Labels the search so it is recognizable in Recent runs.
Number of contacts to find
Sets how many prospects to pull. Default 1,000; clients are capped at the remaining allowance. Press Enter here to start the search.
Chip filters
Title, seniority, location, industry, keyword, size, revenue, and funding filters. Press Enter to add each value.
Search

Common questions

No. The allowance is consumed when you Add to Contacts, not just by running a search, so you can review matches (or download the CSV) first.
For clients, the number you can find is limited to the contacts remaining in this month's allowance, shown on the allowance card.
Added prospects land in the selected client's Contacts (Contacts > Manage), ready to enroll into a campaign.
Yes. Larger searches take longer to build. The Search button reads Searching while it runs, and you can leave and check Recent runs later.
