Overview
Contact Enrich completes a single prospect record before outreach. Look one person up by their email for the fastest match, or by name and company when you only have a researched lead. The result returns contact details (phone, mobile, LinkedIn, title, and company context) that you can copy straight into a record.
How to use this page
Choose how to search
Use the By Email tab when you already have an address, or By Name + Company when you do not. Email matching is the fastest and most reliable.
Enter the details
For email, type the work email. For name and company, enter first name, last name, and the company. Spell out the legal company name and leave out middle initials and punctuation for the best match.
Look up
Click Look Up (or press Enter). The tool checks enrichment data for a matching contact, phone, LinkedIn, and company details.
Use the enriched details
Review the returned match and use the copy control to grab a clean, paste-ready block, then drop it into the prospect's record or your outreach.
What the buttons do
- By Email
- Searches by a known email address. Fastest, most accurate match.
- By Name + Company
- Searches by first name, last name, and company when no email is known.
- Look Up
- Runs the enrichment lookup. Disabled until the required fields are filled.
- Copy
- Copies the enriched contact as a clean text block to paste elsewhere.
