Overview

Open Agents, then Google Analytics for the selected company’s website report. It uses the company GA4 connection and requires Inbound reporting access. Your website can remain with its current provider.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client and connect GA4

Choose the client workspace. Manage connection opens Connectors, Analytics; the same setup form appears here when a report is unavailable. Managing the connection requires permission to manage company connectors. Select Continue with Google when available and approve access. Choose a connected Google account, the Google Analytics property and, optionally, a Search Console site. Select Open report to save the selection and open the Analytics report. Choosing only Search Console opens Performance instead. Open saved Analytics report uses the saved property without saving form changes. If sign-in is not enabled yet, existing reports remain connected.

  2. Choose the reporting period

Select Past 7 days + today, Past 28 days + today or Past 90 days + today. Today may be incomplete. The summary identifies visits, visitors, the leading channel and reported key events.

  3. Read the measurements

Visitors counts people measured by Google Analytics. Visits counts sessions. Engaged visits is the share of sessions Google marks engaged; it is Not available when there are no sessions. Key events are actions configured as important in GA4, not necessarily unique leads or sales.

  4. Compare days, sources and pages

Review Visits over time, then expand View daily numbers for exact daily visits, visitors and key events. Where visitors come from shows up to ten channels; Pages people view shows up to ten page paths, with views and key events.

  5. Recover a failed report

If Your report could not be loaded appears, check the selected Google account and its access in the connection form. Use Try again to reload accounts, or the reconnect or resume action shown for the account. Reconnecting the account linked to a saved Analytics property returns directly to its report; a new account opens setup first. Select Open report after changing your report selection. Use Retry report to retry the existing selection for the current period. If Google connection was not completed appears, retry sign-in in the form below it. Failed verification leaves the saved selection unchanged. If settings changed during the check, reload before saving. Zero visits is different from a failed report. Expand Connection settings under a loaded report to review its connection.

Common questions

No. The company reporting connection remains available. The switch in Connectors controls agent use of it.
Google Analytics depends on your tracking setup and visitor consent. Today may be incomplete, and connecting a report does not install tracking on your website.
