Overview

Meeting Analysis gives an AI breakdown of a client's recorded sales meetings. Connect a rep's Zoom account so their recorded meetings with transcripts flow in automatically, then pick a meeting to review its score, executive summary, pain points, next steps, buying signals, and rep coaching. The page has two tabs: Meetings (the analyses) and Connected Accounts (where you link Zoom). Analysis is built from the meeting transcript, so it only appears for meetings that have one.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client

Pick the client in the top-right switcher to load that deal's connected accounts and meetings. If the data cannot load, an inline error with a Retry button appears instead of a blank page.

  2. Connect a Zoom account

Open the Connected Accounts tab and click Connect Zoom Account to authorize a sales rep's Zoom. Once connected, that rep's recorded meetings with transcripts import automatically and show up under the Meetings tab. Each connected account appears as a chip; use the X on a chip to disconnect it (you confirm first). Microsoft Teams is listed as Coming Soon.

  3. Choose a meeting

On the Meetings tab, pick a meeting from the list on the left. Each row shows the host, date, duration, a status badge (Analyzing, Completed, or Failed), and a score once analysis is done. The detail opens on the right. If no meetings appear yet, connect a rep's Zoom and wait for a recorded meeting with a transcript.

  4. Run or re-run the analysis

In the meeting detail, if analysis has not run (or previously failed) and a transcript exists, click Run Analysis (or Retry Analysis) to start it. Analysis usually takes 30 to 60 seconds; the status updates live while it processes. If it cannot start, you get an error toast.

  5. Read the analysis

For a completed meeting, review the Meeting Score and recommended deal stage, then the sections: Discovery and Opportunity (executive summary, pain points, current solution, prospect quotes, objections), Actions and Deal Status (next steps, buying signals, decision makers, budget and timeline, competitors), Fit (what they liked, concerns, services discussed), and Rep Coaching (what went well, areas for improvement, score reasoning), plus Rapport and Follow-Up notes. Open the recording or View Transcript from the header to check the source.

What the buttons do

Meetings / Connected Accounts tabs
Switch between the list of analyzed meetings and the Zoom account connections. Each tab shows a count.
Connect Zoom Account
Authorizes a sales rep's Zoom account so their recorded meetings with transcripts import and analyze automatically.
Disconnect (X on a connection chip)
Removes a connected Zoom account. Asks you to confirm first, and shows an error toast if it cannot disconnect.
Meeting list
Selects which meeting to view. Rows show host, date, duration, an analysis status badge, and a score when available.
Run Analysis / Retry Analysis
Starts (or restarts, after a failure) the AI analysis for the selected meeting when a transcript is present. Progress updates live; failures surface an error toast.
Recording
Opens the meeting's Zoom recording in a new tab, when a share URL is available.
View Transcript
Shows or hides the raw meeting transcript in the detail panel.
Retry (load error)
Re-runs the page load when connections or meetings fail to fetch, instead of leaving a blank page.

Common questions

Connect a sales rep's Zoom account on the Connected Accounts tab. Their recorded meetings that have a transcript then import automatically and appear on the Meetings tab. Microsoft Teams support is coming soon.
Analysis is built from the meeting transcript. Meetings without a transcript, or whose analysis has not run yet, will not show a breakdown. If a transcript exists, use Run Analysis to generate it.
Open the meeting and click Retry Analysis. Failures usually come from a missing or unusable transcript. If a start attempt itself fails, an error toast appears, so try again or check the recording.
Usually 30 to 60 seconds. The status badge shows Analyzing and updates to Completed or Failed on its own; you do not need to refresh.
Booked Meetings is the list and status of meetings. Meeting Analysis is the AI review of what actually happened in a specific recorded meeting, including a score and rep coaching.
