Overview

Meeting Detail shows one booked meeting for the selected client, with its schedule, status, owner, source, qualification, contact information, notes, and saved recording. Authorized employees can edit the meeting, while a client member with a booked-meeting status grant can make only an approved status change to a Meeting Set record.

How to use this page

  1. Open a booked meeting

From Booked Meetings, open the relevant record. The page shows the contact name and company, status, schedule, time zone, source, setter, owner, and the contact's qualification and contract value.

  2. Play a saved recording

When a recording is available, use the player in the Recording section to listen without opening a separate page. Use the back and forward 10-second controls or choose a playback speed. Older migrated recordings are supported here too.

  3. Edit a meeting when authorized

Employees can select Edit Meeting to update the meeting status, source, owner, schedule, description, contact information, qualification, contract value, and notes. Select Save Changes when finished or Cancel to discard the unsaved edits.

  4. Record a permitted status outcome

An employee with access can change the status from the detail view. A client member can do this only when an admin granted booked-meeting status access, only while the record is Meeting Set, and only with an approved outcome.

  5. Handle a no-show or delete an incorrect meeting

Authorized admins, executives, and strategists can select Mark No-Show and provide a reason, which prepares rescheduling follow-up. Admins, executives, strategists, and SDR managers can select Delete after confirming. Delete un-books the meeting and cannot be undone.
