Overview

Open Agents, Performance, then Overall performance for the selected company’s GA4 report. The former /platform/inbound/analytics link redirects here. Inbound reporting access is required; your website can stay with its current provider.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client and connect GA4

Choose the client workspace. Connections opens the Connectors hub; select Analytics. When a report is unavailable, select Connect Google Analytics to open the setup dialog. Managing the connection requires permission to manage company connectors. Select Continue with Google when available and approve access. Choose a connected Google account, the Google Analytics property and, optionally, a Search Console site. Select Open report to save the selection and open Performance. Choose SEO to read Search Console results. Open saved Analytics report uses the saved property without saving form changes. If sign-in is not enabled yet, existing reports remain connected.

  2. Choose the reporting period

Select 7 days, 28 days or 90 days. The report includes today, which may be incomplete. Your website at a glance shows Visitors, Visits, Engagement rate and Key events.

  3. Read the measurements

Visitors counts people measured by Google Analytics. Visits counts sessions. Engagement rate is the share of sessions Google marks engaged; it is Not available when there are no sessions. Key events are actions configured as important in GA4, not necessarily unique leads or sales.

  4. Compare days, sources and pages

Traffic by page starts with the most-viewed pages. Search page paths, sort by Page or Page views, and use Previous and Next for 20 rows at a time. View page opens the website page. Up to 50 pages are included. Traffic acquisition ranks channels by visits. Daily traffic shows visits, visitors and key events with the latest date first.

  5. Recover a failed report

If Your report could not be loaded appears, select Reconnect Google Analytics to review the account in a dialog, or Retry report to retry the saved selection. Use Try again inside setup after a load error, or the account reconnect or resume action when offered. Select Open report after changing your report selection. A failed verification leaves the saved selection unchanged; reload before saving if settings changed. Zero visits is different from a failed report. On a loaded report, Manage connection opens Connectors, Analytics.

Common questions

No. They are the actions marked important in Google Analytics and may include other events. Check your tracking and key-event setup before judging conversions.
No. The company reporting connection remains available. The switch in Connectors controls agent use of it.
Google Analytics depends on your tracking setup and visitor consent. Today may be incomplete, and connecting a report does not install tracking on your website.
