Overview

Performance, opened from Agents, is the selected client's deal-scoped hub for website performance, SEO, advertising, OpenAI Ads measurement, published content, receptionist coverage and recent website leads. It also shows which analytics and ad sources are connected. Client Admins with Contacts and Deals access can also open private newsletter drafts and preview the eligible audience.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client and date range

Open Agents, Performance. Use the client switcher at the top of the sidebar to choose a client, then choose 7 days, 28 days, or 90 days. Client users with one company see it automatically; with more than one, the page follows the company selected there. The selected range applies to the analytics, search, advertising, and receptionist figures shown on the page.

  2. Check connections and site status

Review the GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, and OpenAI Ads status pills. The site card shows the hosted site's state (DRAFT, PREVIEW, LIVE, or NO HOSTED SITE), its public URL when available, and View preview, View live site, or Connect sources. If you have Deals access, it also shows how many website leads arrived in the selected range (the 28 days view counts the last 30 days); select it to open those leads.

  3. Review website traffic

Use the Sessions, Users, Page views, and Conversions stats, then review Daily sessions and conversions and the Channel mix. If GA4 is not connected, the page shows n/a or an empty panel with an Open Settings link.

  4. Review organic search

Use the SEO performance band for organic clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position. The Queries table shows terms winning clicks, and Landing pages shows pages attracting traffic. Select Manage page SEO to edit site metadata.

  5. Review paid media and measurement

The Google Ads panel shows campaign impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and CTR when an account is connected. The OpenAI Ads panel shows the connected measurement pixel, but OpenAI Ads does not provide campaign reporting through this hub.

  6. Check content and receptionist coverage

Published site assets counts pages, blog posts, and glossary terms, including how many are published. Select Create and edit page drafts to prepare a private landing page. Client users need the Client Admin role plus Inbound and Deals access. Saving keeps the draft private. Pages also offers confirmed publishing and undo when available; publishing requires an enabled account and a live website and does not add a navigation link. Inbound call coverage shows receptionist status, phone number, and call counts when configured. Select Open beside the receptionist panel for its settings.

  7. Open an inbound workflow

Use Agents in the main navigation for Leads, Social, Receptionist and View Sales Deck. Expand Agents, Websites for Landing Pages, Website Pages, Blog, Glossary, SEO, Media and View Website. The overview’s bottom links still offer Leads, Blog, Glossary, SEO, Social, Receptionist and Settings where permitted. Settings opens Connectors, Analytics; use its Website or Advertising tabs for those connections. View Website and View Sales Deck open in new tabs. If no hosted site exists, View Website returns here; a missing published Original deck opens the Sales Deck tool. Each page keeps its own access requirements.

  8. Check the inbound setup checklist

Read Set up your inbound system before treating the site as ready. Connect an existing website provider or build with SalesHive, then review Google Analytics, Search Console, tracking, and forms or bookings. A domain for a SalesHive website and Google Ads are optional checklist steps. Follow the setup links, then select Check accounts again. Saved configuration is not proof that reports, tracking or delivery work.

  9. Prepare a newsletter and review its audience

Select Preview newsletter audience above the overview to open private newsletter drafts and the selected client's eligible audience counts. Client users need the Client Admin role plus Inbound, Contacts and Deals access. Write a message, save it, review its audience and approve the saved revision. The audience is a current snapshot, separate from the overview date range. Saving or approving does not send email; sending is not available yet.

What the buttons do

7 days, 28 days, 90 days
Reloads the hub for the selected reporting range.
Website leads in 7, 30 or 90 days

With 28 days selected it counts the last 30 days, because Website leads offers 7, 30 and 90 days. Appears only for people with Deals access.

Common questions

The related stats show n/a or an empty report with an Open Settings link. The page does not invent traffic, search, or advertising values when a source is unavailable.
The hub supports 7 days, 28 days, and 90 days. The selected range applies to the traffic and source reports and to the website leads count, which uses 30 days when 28 days is selected.
No. The OpenAI Ads card shows the connected measurement pixel so ChatGPT-attributed leads can be reconciled with first-party data. Campaign totals are not provided through this hub.
No. Analytics can load without a SalesHive-hosted site. Use Connectors, Website for the public website URL and provider, and Analytics for reporting properties.
Only the client selected in the client switcher. Client users with one company see it automatically, and those with more than one see whichever company is selected. Employees must select a client before the client-scoped reports load.
Use Agents, Websites for Website Pages, Blog, Glossary, SEO and Media. Create and edit page drafts in Published site assets also opens Website Pages. Use Agents, Leads for website form submissions and Agents, Connectors for source connections.
DRAFT means the hosted site is not published yet. PREVIEW means it is published on its SalesHive preview address, so you can review it before your domain is connected. LIVE means it is published and your own domain is connected.
No. A created site can be Confirmed while still a draft. Analytics connections are confirmed only when a report loads successfully, including a valid report with zero activity. Saved account details without a successful report need verification. An assigned domain or tracking tag also needs separate checks; form and calendar delivery always require verification.
Ask your SalesHive team to verify HTTPS opens the correct site, a visit and conversion reach the intended analytics property, a form creates the expected lead, and a booking reaches the right calendar with source attribution. Saving settings or refreshing this checklist does not prove those outcomes.
Toolbar controls, date ranges and card headings wrap when space is limited. Long website addresses wrap too. The selected client, reporting window and metric definitions stay the same.
No. You can review eligibility counts and save or approve a private message, but sending is not available. Approval applies to the saved text and audience only. Eligibility requires current opt-in for the current address, deliverable email status and no unsubscribe, delivery, blacklist or possible-spam block. Importing a contact or submitting a form alone does not establish consent.
