Overview

Website leads lists everyone who filled in a form or booked through the selected client's SalesHive website, newest first. Each lead is saved as a deal in the client's pipeline, and this page shows where it came from: the form, landing page and campaign. The list is read-only; open a lead to follow up on its deal.

How to use this page

  1. Open the page

Choose Leads under Inbound in the sidebar, or select the website leads count on the Inbound overview. Employees pick a client from the dropdown in the top-right first. The box at the top right shows how many leads arrived in the last 30 days.

  2. Narrow the list

Use the form menu to show one form, and pick 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or All time. The count beside the filters shows how many leads match. If nothing matches, select Clear filters.

  3. Read where a lead came from

Each row shows the date, the person's name, company and email, the form and lead source, the landing page they first arrived on, the UTM campaign, and the deal's current stage. Hover a landing page to see its full address.

  4. Follow up

Select a lead's name to open its deal, where you can work it like any other deal in the pipeline.
