Since October 2022, SalesHive has booked 1,440 meetings for a workplace injury management provider, almost all of them with the safety and EHS leaders who buy its service. The program is mostly phone-led and is still running four years later. Every number here is counted from our client records as of October 6, 2026.

Where they started
The buyer is narrow and hard to reach: safety, EHS and risk management leaders at US employers with 200 or more employees and real workers' compensation exposure. That means oil and gas, manufacturing, energy, construction, transportation, warehousing, shipping, retail, maritime, utilities and mining, while industries like food, pharma and engineering are left out. The program had to find these people across thousands of employers nationwide and keep finding new ones year after year.
The playbook, step by step
A managed program run on the SalesHive platform, tuned every week by a dedicated strategist.
Built the target list from the client's own profile: US employers with 200+ employees in the industries above, with excluded industries filtered out.
Aimed at the people who own the problem: EHS Directors, Directors of Risk Management and the safety managers who run injury response day to day.
Ran a phone-led program. 1,363 of the 1,440 meetings were booked on calls, 64 by email and 13 through the client's website.
Tracked every booked meeting in our records, with a strategist reviewing results and tuning the targeting as the program ran.
From kickoff to compounding pipeline
First meetings
39 meetings booked in the first quarter of outreach.
Building momentum
201 meetings for the year.
Peak year
518 meetings, including 199 in April through June alone.
Still compounding
476 meetings in 2025 and 206 more in 2026 so far.
What it added up to
- 1,440 meetings booked with 1,398 different companies, so nearly every meeting was a new account.
- 1,380 of those meetings (96%) were with safety, EHS or risk leaders, and 497 (35%) were with directors, vice presidents or C-level leaders. The most common titles were Safety Manager and Safety Director.
- Meetings came from the industries on the target list, led by construction and manufacturing.
- Four years in, the client is still with us and meetings were still being booked in October 2026.
