Overview
Media is the selected client's deal-scoped library for browsing, searching, and uploading images for its hosted website. Use it to review library totals, find an image by filename or alt text, copy a public URL, or open an image directly.
How to use this page
Choose the client
Use the Client Switcher to select the client whose hosted website media you want to manage. Clients are scoped to their own workspace, while employees must select a client before its library loads.
Review the library
Check Library for the total image count, Storage for the total size, and Matching for the number of images in the current search result. An empty library shows No images have been added yet.
Search by filename or alt text
Enter a term in Search filename or alt text. The page resets to the first page and shows only matching images. Clear the field to return to the full library.
Upload images
Select Upload images, choose one or more supported image files, and wait for the success message. You can upload up to 20 images at a time, and each image can be up to 25 MB.
Copy or open an image URL
Use URL on an image card to copy its public URL. Use the external-link control beside it to open the image in a new browser tab.
Move through multiple pages
When the library has more than one page of results, use Previous and Next. The page indicator shows your current page and the total number of pages.
What the buttons do
- Upload images
- Opens the image file picker. Uploads between 1 and 20 supported images, with a 25 MB limit per image.
- URL
- Copies the image's public URL to the clipboard.
- Open image
- Opens the image's public URL in a new browser tab.
- Previous
- Shows the previous page of library results when available.
- Next
- Shows the next page of library results when available.
