Overview

Meeting Goals tracks the selected client's weekly booked-meeting target against actual results over the last 12 weeks. Use it to set the weekly goal, record meetings set and held, and watch progress and achievement rate. The current week shows progress toward goal and how many meetings remain.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client

Pick the client in the top-right switcher. The page loads the last 12 weeks of goals and totals, with this week's progress highlighted.

  2. Set this week's goal

Use Add Week to create the current week's target. Enter the meeting goal and, as the week progresses, the meetings set and held.

  3. Update results

Edit any week to update meetings set, meetings held, and notes. Achievement rate and pending (set but not yet held) recalculate automatically.

  4. Read the trend

The week list and totals show goal vs set vs held over the period, so you can see whether the client is consistently hitting target.
