Overview

Notifications lets you control individual update types without changing wider workspace settings. Categories start collapsed. Each header shows its type count and how many channels are on, for example 3 of 8 on, or All off. Where each channel sends, above the categories, explains every delivery channel your list uses. The types shown depend on your account. If every workspace you belong to is a self-serve workspace, you see only the updates your plan sends.

How to use this page

  1. Open notification preferences

From Settings, click Notifications. The page shows a Back to Settings link, the Notifications heading, and the Notification types card.

  2. Expand a category

Click a category header such as Meetings or Platform Updates to reveal its notification types. Click the header again to collapse it. Client accounts see only the categories and types available to them. In a self-serve workspace the categories are Campaigns, Meetings, Deals and Workspace.

  3. Review Daily Analytics Summary

Expand Platform Updates and find Daily Analytics Summary. Its Email channel is off by default. It is not listed for self-serve workspaces. When an eligible client user turns it on, SalesHive sends a weekday email for each active client they can access and copies that client's active assigned strategist. The summary uses the previous Eastern business day's calls, emails, human replies, meetings, and campaign activity. US holidays are skipped, and the email links to that day's Dashboard in the matching client context.

  4. Turn a channel on or off

Click a channel button for the notification type. A button that is on is highlighted with a check mark; a button that is off shows an empty circle. Channels always appear in the same order: In-App, Email, Push, then Slack, so each column lines up. The change appears immediately while it saves. If the save fails, the button returns to its previous state and an error toast appears.

What the buttons do

Back to Settings
Returns to the Settings hub.
Where each channel sends
Expands a short guide to the channels on this page: In-App appears in your notification feed and the Notifications bell, Email goes to the address on your SalesHive account, Push goes to browsers or devices with SalesHive push enabled, and Slack sends a direct message to your matching account in the connected SalesHive workspace.
Category header
Expands or collapses a notification category. It shows the number of types and how many channels are on (for example 2 of 6 on), or All off. On a phone the type count is hidden.
Channel button
Turns one delivery channel on or off for a notification type. Highlighted with a check mark means on; an empty circle means off. Hover it to see its state and where it delivers.

Common questions

It depends on your workspaces. In a managed client workspace you see: meeting booked, meeting cancelled, potential meeting, resolved feedback, CRM integration disconnected, Daily Analytics Summary, platform announcements, SalesHive Check-ins and Newsletter, Scheduled Run Summaries, New Website Leads, Follow-up Reminders, Follow-up Calls Logged, and, under Team Chat, Team Chat @Mentions and Team Chat Direct Messages (In-App and Push, on by default) for your workspace's Chat. Self-serve plan alerts such as Failed Payments, AI Credit Alerts, Campaign Replies, Weekly Results, Deal Follow-ups, Workspace Join Requests and the Sending Paused alerts are not listed, because a managed workspace never receives them. If every workspace you belong to is self-serve, you see the plan list in the next question. If you belong to both kinds, you see both lists. Internal task, other agent, auction, deploy, deal-stage, meeting recording and sales meeting analysis notifications are never shown to clients.
If every workspace you belong to is a self-serve workspace, you see only what your plan sends, in four groups. Campaigns: Campaign Replies, Sending Paused for Bounces, Sending Paused for Unsubscribes and Weekly Results. Meetings: Meeting Booked (someone booked through your booking link) and Interested Prospects (a contact was marked Interested). Deals: Deal Follow-ups. Workspace: Workspace Join Requests, Failed Payments, AI Credit Alerts, Feedback Answered and Product Announcements. Slack is not offered, because self-serve teams are not in the SalesHive Slack. If you also belong to a managed client workspace, you see the full client list, including these plan alerts.
It emails the previous Eastern business day's completed Platform activity, including meetings booked, human replies, qualified conversations, calls, emails, unique contacts reached, and a campaign pulse. It is off by default and sends only to eligible active client users who turn on Email.
The eligible client user's SalesHive account email is the primary recipient. The active strategist assigned to that client is copied automatically. SalesHive does not duplicate the same address or copy an inactive strategist.
Daily Analytics Summary sends a separate deal-scoped email for each active client you can access. Each email opens the matching client's Dashboard for that reporting day and copies that client's active assigned strategist.
Both are Email only and on by default. SalesHive Check-ins and Newsletter, under Platform Updates, covers occasional check-ins about your account and the weekly SalesHive newsletter. Scheduled Run Summaries, under Agents, is a short email when a scheduled project you are included on finishes. Check-ins and these summaries share one limit: at most one email every 3 days for each client, however many projects run. The newsletter is separate. Turn off Email on either to stop it. Every one of these emails also has an unsubscribe link at the bottom that turns off the same setting, and you can turn it back on here.
These are for Client Admins of a self-serve workspace. Workspace Join Requests tells you when a colleague at your company asks to be added and opens Team Members with Add User filled in. Failed Payments tells you when a card payment for your plan does not go through, with the amount owed and, when Stripe has one scheduled, the date it will try again, and opens Plan and billing. You get one for each failed attempt, but not when your bank only wants you to confirm the payment, or when a charge for added seats is declined and your plan stays active (Plan and billing tells you then). AI Credit Alerts tells you once a month when your workspace has used 80 percent of this month's AI credits, and again when they are used up, and opens the credits card on Plan and billing. Sending Paused for Bounces and Sending Paused for Unsubscribes tell you when campaign emails from one of your mailboxes are paused because too many bounced or too many recipients unsubscribed, and open the paused sending card on Plan and billing where you can resume sending. Failed Payments uses In-App and Push, and Workspace Join Requests is In-App only. AI Credit Alerts and both Sending Paused alerts use In-App and Email: a Sending Paused alert always comes by email too, while AI Credit Alerts emails you only when credits are used up (the 80 percent warning stays in app). None of them goes to Slack. All are on by default; turn off Email on one to stop its emails. Turning off In-App for one of them marks new ones as read, so they stay in your notification history but no longer badge the bell. Each type is listed once SalesHive has sent the first one.
It is a Monday email for Client Admins of a self-serve workspace with full access. It covers the previous Monday to Sunday: emails sent, replies, meetings booked, new deals (website leads kept apart as possible spam are not counted), AI credits left this month and, while setup is unfinished, your next Get set up step. It arrives from 8 AM Eastern, once a week, and is skipped for a week with no emails sent and no meetings booked. It is Email only and on by default; turn off its Email to stop it. The type is listed once SalesHive has started sending it.
Both tell you when a teammate gives you a deal follow-up or moves one to you, and open that deal. Assigning yourself sends nothing. Deal Follow-ups is for self-serve workspaces with an active plan: each morning from 8 AM Eastern, if you have open follow-ups due that day, one notice says how many and opens Deals with your follow-ups due today. It is listed once SalesHive has sent the first one. Follow-up Reminders is for managed client workspaces, under Deals: it also sends one notice each weekday morning (8 AM to noon Eastern) with your follow-ups due today and overdue. Both use In-App and Push, on by default, with no email.
It tells you when someone fills in a form on your SalesHive website. A new person becomes a new deal; a repeat from someone whose lead is still open is labeled Repeat website lead and opens that existing deal. The alert shows their name, company, form and page; for a repeat, the name and company are the ones already saved on the lead. The visitor's message is never included, and a submission that looks automated is kept apart as possible spam and sends no alert. It goes to your team members who can open Deals. It sits under Deals, In-App and Email are both on by default, and the type is listed once SalesHive has sent the first one.
It tells you when your SDR logs a follow-up call, such as Asked for Info, Call Back Later or Bad Timing. It shows the prospect, the outcome and any notes from the SDR, and its Suggest follow-up questions button opens that call in Call History, where you can send questions for the next call. It sits under Platform Updates with In-App and Email, both off by default. Turn either one on to start getting it. You get one alert per call.
It is scheduled during the 8 AM Eastern hour on weekdays. It reports the previous Eastern business day and skips US holidays.
Yes. Expand Meetings. Turn off Email for Meeting Recording Ready to stop the email SalesHive sends from your own inbox when a SalesHive Video meeting you hosted has its recording ready. Turn off Slack for Sales Meeting Analysis Ready to stop Slack direct messages when AI sales-meeting analysis is ready. Both are on by default.
Yes. A channel button saves as soon as you click it. While a save is in progress, all channel buttons are briefly disabled.
Yes. Each notification type has its own supported channel toggles, so you can configure them independently.
No notification settings yet means your account has no update types to show. If you see Your notification settings could not load, refresh the page to try again; nothing was changed.
Click Back to Settings above the page heading.
For client users, the Settings link at the bottom of a SalesHive notification email opens this page, so you can change that notification right here.
Open Where each channel sends above the categories, or hover a channel button. In-App appears in your SalesHive notification feed and the Notifications bell. Email sends to the address on your SalesHive account. Push sends to browsers or devices where SalesHive push notifications are enabled. Slack sends a direct message to your matching account in the connected SalesHive workspace; if your email is not in that workspace, Slack delivery cannot complete. The guide lists only the channels your notification types use, so self-serve workspaces see In-App, Email and Push.
Yes. In a project chat you started, ask the agent, for example "turn off Weekly Results email." It changes only your own notifications, and only the types and channels listed on this page for you. It shows what it changed, and you can switch anything back on this page.
