Overview

Settings links to personal preferences and selected-client tools available to your role. Internal SDRs see Profile and appearance, Notifications, Meeting Settings, Email Accounts, Email Templates, Calendar, Phone and My client signature. Meeting Settings and Email Accounts provide read-only reference details for SDRs. Other roles retain their existing destinations and permissions.

How to use this page

  1. Open Settings

Open Settings from the profile menu or available Platform navigation. Internal SDRs see personal preferences and selected-client reference tools, including Meeting Settings and Email Accounts. Automations is available only to eligible non-SDR employees.

  2. Review the available destinations

Read each card before opening it. Internal SDRs see Profile and appearance, Notifications, Meeting Settings, Email Accounts, Email Templates, Calendar, Phone and My client signature. The SDR sidebar calls the account destination General. Check the selected client before opening client-specific tools. The screenshot shows the non-SDR employee layout.

  3. Open Profile and appearance

Choose Profile and appearance to open General Settings. The card identifies name and color-theme preferences and explains that secure email codes handle sign-in.

  4. Open Notifications

Choose Notifications to manage individual update types and their available delivery channels. Use Back to Settings there to return to this hub.

  5. Switch to a client view (employees)

Open the profile menu at the bottom of the left sidebar. When SalesHive has resolved a current deal, including the default deal when no client has been selected, choose View as Client. SalesHive reloads in the selected client's view. Client accounts do not see this employee-only option.

  6. Open Automations (employees)

When Automations is available to your employee role, open it for selected-client workflows. Internal SDRs and client users do not see this card.

  7. Open your client signature as an SDR

Choose My client signature to preview the selected client’s default signature for your eligible sending account and copy it for the assigned Gmail mailbox. The preview is view-only; it does not edit the saved CRM signature or send email.

  8. Open Phone as an internal SDR

Choose Phone from Settings or the Settings sidebar to open the selected client’s phone numbers and voicemail greetings. Check the selected client before continuing. This navigation link does not change phone access or greeting permissions.

  9. Open Calendar as an internal SDR

Choose Calendar from Settings or the Settings sidebar to find calendar links and the selected client's booking instructions outside a dial session. Check the client context before using the instructions. The destination keeps its existing permissions.

  10. Review Email Templates as an internal SDR

Choose Email Templates from Settings or the Settings sidebar to review the selected client's saved inbox, disposition and campaign templates. The SDR view is read-only; template editing and test sends remain unavailable.

  11. Find meeting-owner details as an internal SDR

Choose Meeting Settings to view the selected client’s active meeting owners, contact details and scheduling links. Copy available email addresses, phone numbers or scheduling links, or open an available scheduling link in a new tab. View calendar links and booking instructions opens Calendar. Ask your manager or strategist to update incorrect details.

  12. Find mailbox details as an internal SDR

Choose Email Accounts to view active Primary or SDR mailboxes available to you for the selected client. Review sender details and connection status, copy an email address or sender phone, or choose View my client signature. Mailbox connections, sender edits and automation settings are unavailable in this read-only view.
