Overview

Settings is the starting point for managing your SalesHive account and notification preferences. Open the card that matches the update you want to make.

How to use this page

  1. Open Settings

    Anyone can open Settings from the profile menu. Employees can also open it from Platform > Settings. The page is a small hub with two destinations.

  2. Review the available destinations

    The page shows Profile and appearance for account details, and Notifications for delivery preferences. Each card explains what it controls and opens the related page when clicked.

  3. Open Profile and appearance

    Choose Profile and appearance to update your name, email, password, and color theme on the General Settings page.

  4. Open Notifications

    Choose Notifications to manage individual update types and their available delivery channels. Use Back to Settings there to return to this hub.

What the buttons do

Profile and appearance
Opens General Settings for account details, password, and theme controls.
Notifications
Opens the notification preferences page.
