Overview

Campaign detail is the workspace for reviewing campaign performance, starting calls, managing email cadence, and opening campaign reporting. The Email Cadence settings include an Auto-Cadence Sending Priority from 0 to 10 when Auto-Cadence is enabled.

How to use this page

  1. Open a campaign

Open Outbound > Manage, then select a campaign. Confirm the client name and campaign status at the top before changing settings.

  2. Review campaign readiness

Use Dashboard to review contact totals, calls, emails, meetings, dial-session readiness, and recent activity. Call All Active starts a dial session for the currently callable contacts.

  3. Set Auto-Cadence priority

Open Email Cadence and select the Auto-Cadence email tab. When Auto-Cadence is enabled, set Sending Priority from 0 to 10 if you have campaign-management permission. Higher values use shared sender slots first. Equal values share fairly, and mailbox limits still apply.

  4. Configure the cadence

Choose the email type, number of steps, minimum days between sends, optional per-step gaps, daily send limit, unsubscribe mode, tracking options, weekend sending, and sender accounts. Use the sequence instructions field for campaign-specific guidance, then review the contact email preview.

  5. Use the remaining campaign tabs

Use Calling Script for the campaign call guidance, Contacts for enrolled contacts, Settings for campaign options, Call Reporting for call results, and Email Reporting for email activity. Changes save from the page as you edit them, so wait for the saved confirmation before leaving.
