Overview

Meeting Reminders configures the automated reminder emails sent before a client's booked meetings. Set the reminder subject and send timing, optional CC and BCC, and send yourself a test before turning it on.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client

    Pick the client in the top-right switcher. The readiness panel shows whether reminders are set up and ready to send.

  2. Configure a reminder

    Set the Subject and Send timing (how long before the meeting it goes out), plus any Always CC or Always BCC addresses.

  3. Send a test

    Use Send test reminder with a recipient to preview exactly what attendees will receive.

What the buttons do

Subject
The reminder email subject line.
Send timing
How far before the meeting the reminder sends.
Always CC / BCC
Addresses copied on every reminder.
Send test reminder
Sends a sample reminder to a recipient you choose.
