Overview

This page appears when you open a Platform page your workspace cannot use, for example from a bookmark or a typed link. In a self-serve workspace it reads Not on your plan: it names the feature you asked for, explains why it is not included, lists what your plan does include, and offers a way back to Contacts and to the managed service. Managed and Platform Only clients see a short Client access message instead, which means their user type does not include the page.

How to use this page

  1. Read why the page is closed

The heading names the feature, such as Calling is not on your plan, and the line under it says why. Calling, the weekly meeting update, contact search, list building, Tools, inbound marketing and SalesHive agents all come with the managed service.

  2. Check what your plan includes

Under Your plan includes, review the features you can use today: contacts, lists and email checks; deals and your pipeline; meetings and your calendar; your inbox, from your own mailbox; and email campaigns from your own mailboxes.

  3. Go back to work

Click Go to contacts to return to your Contacts page.

  4. Ask about the managed service

If you are a workspace admin, click Ask about the managed service. It opens the managed service card on Plan and billing, where you can send a request with an optional note. Other members see See Plan and billing instead and can ask a workspace admin to send the request.

Common questions

Your workspace is on the self-serve plan, and the page you opened belongs to the SalesHive managed service. Nothing is broken, and your data is unchanged.
Manual Dialer, Call History, Session History and Phone settings (calling), Weekly Meeting Update, Contact Search and Contact Enrich, every List Building page, every Tools page, every Inbound page, the Agents pages, and Experimental and admin pages.
The old List Building Email validation link now opens Email Validation under Contacts, which is part of your plan.
Your user type in this workspace does not include the page. A workspace admin can change what you can open on the Users page.
For managed and Platform Only clients, it means your client user type does not include any of the pages you could be sent to instead. Contact your SalesHive team to review your permissions.
They show only while Plan and billing is open to your login. If it is not, use Go to contacts to continue working.
