Overview

One Sheets builds a single-page leave-behind for the selected client, headline, company overview, the problem, the solution, key benefits, differentiators, who it is for, results and proof, and next steps, drafted from the client's Playmaker and brand. You pick a layout and color theme, generate it, edit any section in place, then preview it, copy a share link, or export a print-ready PDF. The client's Playmaker Value Proposition must be complete before you can generate.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client

Pick the client in the top-right switcher. Everything scopes to that deal. If the Playmaker Value Proposition is not complete yet, a notice links you to finish it first; generation stays blocked until it is done.

  2. Open New One Sheet and set the options

Click New One Sheet to open the generate panel. Choose a Layout template and a Color theme, add any Additional Instructions (for example, a vertical to focus on or a metric to emphasize), and confirm the logo (it uses the client's existing logo, or paste a different logo URL).

  3. Generate the one sheet

Click Generate One Sheet. A progress list shows each step as it runs and completes. When it finishes, the new version opens and is added to the History sidebar.

  4. Review and edit each section

Hover a section card and click its pencil to edit the copy, then Save or Cancel. Tighten the positioning and keep only accurate, verified proof points. A failed save shows an error toast so nothing is lost silently.

  5. Adjust the layout and colors

Use the Layout and Colors controls in the style bar to switch template or theme on the saved version. It saves on its own; if it cannot save, the tool tells you and reloads the last saved version.

  6. Preview, share, or export a PDF

Click Preview to open the live one sheet in a new tab, Share Link to copy the public URL, or PDF to open a print-ready version you can save or print. Reopen earlier versions from the History sidebar; the trash button deletes the open version after a confirmation.
