Overview
Email deliverability shows sending health for the selected client. Everyone can review emails sent, bounce, open, and unsubscribe rates, trend charts, recipient-provider performance, active client-owned email-domain authentication, and read-only inbox placement results for the selected date range. Public mailbox-provider domains are excluded from DNS health because they are provider infrastructure rather than client-controlled DNS. Employees also see staff-only recommendations, mailbox controls, warmup diagnostics, and the client volume goal card. The page is client-scoped and does not expose other clients' domains, mailboxes, or fleet controls.
How to use this page
Select the client
Employees choose a client in the Client Switcher before opening this page. The dashboard then shows only that client's sending health. Client users see their own account and cannot switch into another client's data.
Choose a date range
Use 7d, 30d, or 90d, or choose From and To dates. The totals, provider breakdown, and charts reload for the selected window. The footer identifies the displayed dates in UTC.
Read the sending-health KPIs
Review Emails sent, Bounce rate, Open rate, Unsub rate, and Mailboxes. Bounce rate uses a 3% danger threshold and the page shows the bounced count; open and unsubscribe rates include their counts. Employees also see Warmup spam, while client users see the outcome metrics without internal warmup diagnostics.
Read the trend charts
Sending volume shows emails per day. Bounces & unsubscribes shows the lower-is-better counts. Engagement shows distinct opens per day, and Bounce rate over time plots the rate against the 3% limit.
Compare recipient providers
Where you're landing, by recipient provider shows how volume splits across providers detected from recipient-domain MX records. Each provider row shows share of sends, send count, bounce rate, and open rate.
Check email-domain authentication
Authentication & DNS health summarizes SPF, DMARC protected, and DKIM detected across the selected client's active, client-owned email domains. Public mailbox-provider domains are excluded because they are provider infrastructure rather than client-controlled DNS. The domain table shows each domain's role, setup state, and authentication result. A pending scan is shown when checks have not completed; DMARC Monitor only means a policy of none is detected.
Review inbox placement results
The Inbox placement test panel reports where tagged probes landed in Google seed inboxes: Primary, a tab, Spam, or Not delivered. Results include the Primary inbox percentage and per-seed statuses. Employees can run a test from the selected client's mailbox; client users can review available results but do not see the run control or mailbox sender address.
Use staff-only controls
Employees may see a Volume goal card, Recommended actions, and mailbox-level reputation actions. These controls can change sending capacity or pause a mailbox, so they are hidden from client users. The client page never shows the fleet Auto-Throttle tabs or another client's data.
Recover from a load error
If the dashboard cannot load, it shows the error and a Retry button. Click Retry to request the same date range again. A loading spinner appears while a range change or retry is in progress.
What the buttons do
- 7d / 30d / 90d
- Loads a preset date window for the selected client's deliverability data.
- From / To dates
- Sets a custom date window. Choosing either date switches off the preset pills and reloads the dashboard.
- Authentication & DNS health
- Read-only summary of SPF, DMARC protected, and DKIM detected across the selected client's active, client-owned email domains. Public mailbox-provider domains are not included because they are not client-owned DNS.
- Inbox placement test
- Shows Primary, tab, Spam, and Not delivered results from tagged probes. Employees can run a new test; client users can review results when available.
- Run placement test (employees)
- Starts a tagged inbox placement test from the selected client's mailbox and polls for seed-inbox results. This control is hidden from client users.
- Recommended actions (employees)
- Staff-only recommendations for mailbox, domain, or list health. Any action is shown with its suggested lever and confirmation state.
- Volume goal card (employees)
- Staff-only summary of the selected client's weekly goal, pace, healthy capacity, and volume affected by paused mailboxes.
- Retry
- Refetches the current date range after a load error.
