Overview
This completion-based workflow is available only on the enabled client account. BDRs work their own assignments; authorized team leads manage sequences and assignments. Opening Tasks or deploying the feature does not activate a campaign or enroll contacts. The first task starts from assignment, and later delays start when the previous task completes. Existing cadence history is not restarted.
How to use this page
Choose your queue
Open Outbound > Tasks on the enabled client. Choose My work or Available to claim; authorized team leads also have Team work. Set Campaign, Industry and Batch, then Apply filters. Team work also offers BDR. Times are Eastern. Changing views clears incompatible filters.
Claim available work
In Available to claim, select contacts from a batch opened for self-claim, then Claim selected. Each claim permits up to 25 contacts, with a limit of 200 open contacts per BDR. Your sender and current access must qualify. Claiming starts assigned work; automatic email tasks can send when due.
Complete a call task
Use Open contact, then the contact page's Open dialer when available. Complete the call and save its disposition through the normal calling flow. Return to Tasks and select Check saved call. Review the saved outcome and date, then Complete task with this call. Merely opening the contact or placing a call does not complete the task.
Review an email before sending
For a due Reviewed email task, select Review email. Check To, From, Subject and the message. Send reviewed email sends the reviewed message; Cancel closes the editor. A missing recipient or assigned sender prevents sending. Automatic email tasks wait for their due time and sender checks.
Resolve a held task
Read the failure beside Next action. For team leads, Retry email checks appears only for eligible failures before sending. Uncertain delivery needs investigation and saved provider evidence, not another send attempt. Ask your team lead for help with assignment or sender issues.
Create a sequence as a team lead
Open Manage sequences and assignments. Create or select an industry sequence, using the exact contact industry. Add Manual call, Reviewed email or Automatic email steps and their delays. Use Save sequence version. A new version applies to future assignments; existing assignments keep their saved steps and email copy. Company cleanup affects email personalization only.
Activate and assign deliberately
Select an eligible campaign with both legacy email sequences off and no existing cadence history. Activate workflow for this campaign and confirm. Activation alone enrolls nobody. Choose the sequence, batch, BDR and existing sender, or allow self-claim for an unassigned batch. Find matching contacts, review availability and select contacts. Assign selected requires confirmation and starts contacts at step one. Automatic email steps can send when due.
Manage existing assignments
Open Manage assignment. Save assignment changes the BDR and future sender while preserving the current step and history. Pause workflow holds work; Resume workflow reactivates it subject to current checks. Stop workflow requires confirmation, preserves completed history and cannot be restarted. Close leaves the panel.

Open Activity report for recorded calls, emails and session summaries. Refresh reloads the queue; Previous and Next move through its pages.
