Overview

The Upload History page shows every contact list imported for a client, with per-batch stats, source badges, owner, and cleanup actions. It now supports dedupe warnings and re-tagging, and uses the same unified ImportResultSummary component as the Manage page so per-batch results are consistent across the app.

How to use this page

  1. View import history

The page lists every CSV upload, campaign import, and manual addition grouped by batch. Each row shows the list name, source badge (CSV Upload, Campaign Import, or Manual), the date uploaded, the number of contacts created and updated, the owner who uploaded, and the source campaign for campaign-sourced imports.

  2. Review per-batch stats

Each batch row shows per-batch counts including contacts created, updated, skipped, blocklisted, already in another campaign, notes imported, and follow-up dates imported. Click into a batch to see its ImportResultSummary for the full breakdown.

  3. Re-tag contacts from a batch

After import, you can add or update tags on all contacts from a specific upload batch. This is useful for organizing contacts by source, campaign, or date range without re-importing.

  4. Delete a list record

Click the delete action on any batch row to remove the list grouping. The contacts themselves stay in the client's pool; only the grouping record is removed.

  5. Download original file

For CSV uploads, click the download link to retrieve the original file you imported.

What the buttons do

Source badge
Shows how contacts entered: CSV Upload (file import), Campaign Import (added through a campaign), or Manual (added by hand).
Per-batch stats
Each row shows created, updated, skipped, blocklisted, already-in-campaign, notes, and follow-up date counts for that batch.
Re-tag
Add or update tags on all contacts from a specific import batch. Organize contacts without re-importing.
Delete list
Remove the list grouping record. The contacts remain in the client's pool. Does not delete the contacts themselves.
Download original file
Download the CSV file that was uploaded for this batch (available for CSV Uploads).

Common questions

No. Deleting removes only the list record (the grouping). The contacts stay in the client's pool.
CSV Upload is a file you imported. Campaign Import came in through a campaign. Manual was added by hand.
Find the batch row on Upload History and click the Re-tag action. You can add or update tags for every contact in that batch.
Each batch shows: contacts created, updated, skipped due to errors, blocklisted, already in another campaign, notes imported, and follow-up dates imported.
Yes. When you import a CSV, the mapper has fields for Notes and Follow Up Date. Both are populated on import and reflected in the per-batch stats.
